    Don’t buy refurbished.

    Ordered refurbished. Product looks fine so far, but I can’t test it because I was not provided a display port cable or even a power supply like advertised for the refurbished model. Even if this product works fine after I’m able to get these two MINIMUM REQUIRED ITEMS, still giving 1 star for utter annoyance and frankly, false advertisement.

    I bought 2 of these monitors just under 90 days ago. One of them has already failed. It was working fine one minute and the next minute the screen went blank and would bever come back on. I submitted a tick to LG for warranty. We'll see if they make this right.

    BBY01-806399130044 ordered two geek squad refurbished monitors last week and they BOTH arrived with multiple issues. the boxes looked like they were thrown off of a truck, missing screws, power cord does not seat properly on one, one monitor does not turn on only black screen, etc. called bestbuy for a resolution and they only offered to exchange them. hardly worth the hour drive, wait in line, only to get more geek squad refurbished monitors which we will have no confidence in. bought online, but I'll be returning at Southside Blvd Jacksonville FL store. bestbuy can and should do better.
