Very nice but small microwave, only drawback is there isn't a traditional number pad.

Bought this microwave so much that I bought my mother the same one. Works great and has a sleek, modern look for the kitchen.

We are delighted with this microwave, easy to use an elegant style but above all the exact measurements for our kitchen.

This is a good microwave. Works well, and I like the swipe feature. This makes it easy for kids to use.

We use this at our bar for popcorn or the like. Works great for that. Would not use as a main microwave though. But only because of it's size.

The salesman was very respectful, capable, and knowledgeable. He also escorted me to where I could purchase a printer.

It’s small for warming up a plate of food. Sometimes cooking bacon or popcorn the times will vary from package recommendations.

DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE. Please. I purchased this microwave last year and out of no where this microwave broke. Just stopped heating my food. I had no concern because engraved on the front is, 10 Year Warranty, specific to the magnetron. So, I call LG and they tell me that I need to bring it to Best Buy for repair or an eventual replacement. Well I bring it to a local Best Buy to then have the associate laugh and state that this happens all the time and there is nothing they can do unless I purchased insurance on it. Ridiculous. I then call LG again and they mention that my warranty is out for any repair or labor so if in fact the magnetron is broken, I need to pay for repair which could take weeks.... Ridiculous. I will never buy an LG appliance again and most likely never purchase it from Best Buy as well due to the limited support I received. Do not buy this microwave, the reviews are suspiciously overwhelming at 5 stars.

I had limited counter space, so this is exactly what I needed. Good quality and I got it on sale. No complaints.

I bought this as a housewarming gift and they still love it almost two years later!

This was an “open box” in “Excellent” condition. Just aesthetically, and prior to actually using the product, it was pretty clear this product was far more than just “opened”. It smelled like buttered popcorn and various parts of the microwave were actually greasy. So I’m now wondering how this achieved an “excellent” rating. What that actually means was that it was USED, and in “fair” condition. After plugging it in, I was able to set the time easily and was content that I, at the very least had replaced my microwave. The first time I went to use it, I placed a small plate of food in for 1 minute and after the beep, the entire plate was still as cold as it was coming from the fridge. 3 more minutes later, on high, and stopping at each minute (as not to overheat/overdo anything) and it was clear to me that this microwave did not even work.

Love it! The touch screen is a little confusing but other than that it’s perfect! Perfect size for a college student
