We love the compact yet nicely sized interior; it has a nice soft reminder sound when it is finished that does not disturb the entire household. We have used the sensor features; like what we have used so far. Like the turntable with additional wheels; keeps it well balanced. The warranty is also better than most other brands. We did research this online and somewhat with consumer reports before selecting it; I think it deserves it's great reviews!

This is the best microwave I’ve ever had. It works really well and has a unique and gentle chime in lieu of the loud alarms of other brands. I purchased it to replace the Toshiba microwave that I bought last year which never worked well and simply quit working after 13 months. Lesson learned, buy LG!

I couldn't be happier. This microwave has a fantastic LED light that comes on when the door opens and during cooking. The cooking has been consistent and fast and even. The front is sleek and easy to clean. The 'finished' sound isn't a "ding" but a little "chime" and some people apparently don't like it and it can't be changed but I don't mind it. It's a happy little tune. The functionality of this product outweighs the sound. I'd buy it again even if I hated the tone.

This LG Microwave works great. I like the sound it plays when its finished. Very sleek and modern looking.

We went from an older model of this brand. I love this microwave. I thought it would be confusing but is super easy. Works like my older one from this brand but modern looking. I love the fact that the turntable is very smooth because of its unique feature of having more contact areas so items don’t rock back and forth. Best microwave choice. I will never use a different brand.

The interface is completely different from any other microwave I have seen and that takes some getting used to. But it seems to work well. I like the dark colored interior along with the LED light. The popcorn sensor cook seems to work great, but the first time I used the sensor defrost for some chicken it came out still quite frozen with cooked edges. Instead of regular beeps it has musical tones.

Just replaced an old microwave with this one and it has much a huge difference. The controls are easy to use, door opens and closes easily, the table turns easily without spilling anything, and chimes for completion are much more pleasant than the awful beeping of my previous one. It has a nice clean feel and looks good on the counter. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Amazing microwave. I used to have different brands in my kitchen, but when i found this beautiful micro, which had everything i was looking for; i loved inmediately the style abd size i wanted. The assistant kindly explained to me how powerful and worthy is to obtain that beautiful and modern piece of futuristic most have. I strongly recommend this product. Absolutely!!

We were going to get the larger size but this size was the right call. It is also very powerful. Happy so far.

I love that there is no numeric keypad! Simple to operate once you get the hang of it. The gray interior is the best innovation in 40 years. Every microwave I've ever owned had a white interior, which quickly became permanently stained with spaghetti sauce splatter. My only concern is my already limited counter space - I may look for a nice baker's rack to place this near my table. Glass door with minimalist controls is sleek and beautiful. Very happy with this purchase.

This microwave has larger interior dimensions compared to other microwaves that have similar exterior dimensions. This allows plenty of room for different foods/trays. I like the external timer that’s an easy swipe to set. Very powerful and does a great job with all dishes.

This microwave is worth the price. Good size and looks excellent in the kitchen. Touch screen is a nice plus.

Even tho I had problems with the first on ,(magnetron was losing power after two years), I still bought another. I love the features and look of the product and concluded that even tho it had problems fairly early on, I would take a chance with another one. I should point out that they have a 10 year warranty on the magnetron - I just chose not to pursue the warranty option. Too much trouble and time

I haven't used it long enough to speak to reliability and multi-functionality usage but so far so good it works well. It's Sleek and stylish, Reheats food evenly Only negative is that the start setting is 30 seconds and I have to count back to in seconds to if lesser time is needed. Overall great product

Overall, I do like this microwave. It definitely cooks better than my previous microwave, much better at evenly heating food. The only minor changes I would prefer to have are: 1) Keypad to set exact time, currently limited to 10 sec increments. 2) Looks good but would rather have a door that does not cover main control panel. Have to open door just to use timer.

Nice upgrade from a very old hand-me-down microwave. Like the sensory cook feature, though it has slightly overcooked a few things so have to play around with it a bit. Easy to clean and nice design.
