This microwave is fantastic very futuristic, a ton of unique features that help this microwave stand out from the rest, self diagnosing. This microwave cooks food and warms coffee evenly, I love it, no regret I stick with my LG Products!

My old microwave finally quit working so I needed a new one. After doing some research I decided on this one and I’ve been happy with it. It’s plenty powerful for what I need and is the perfect size for the space I’ve put it in. I’m a little disappointed by the fact that it heats in 10 second increments so I’ve had to make some slight adjustments to my heating times. I would definitely recommend this microwave.

This microwave cooks great and has the best turntable ever. It has solid functions and looks good too. Sensor cooking was my go to for two reasons, one good and one bad. The good was that it cooked things easily and well and didn't take much though. The bad reason was that there is no number keypad to key in numbers. I have to admit that I never spent enough effort to master this system and always wished for a number pad. Soooo, we were in Sam's Club one day and I just bought a new 1250 watt monster that has all the numbers and other buttons that make more sense to me. I have the LG in storage and will gift it to one of the kids or grandkids so they can master the odd system.

Microwave works great and looks amazing. It is a change from a regular microwave since a few of the functions need to be done with the door open, but otherwise it is fairly simple.

I like this microwave, and hope it lasts a long time although since my purchase I have heard bad reports about the longevity of LG appliances. Maybe that's not true this time. This machine is sleek and efficient, seems to cook evenly and is easy to clean. My only complaint is that the time "slider" is too sensitive, so is difficult to set.

I bought this LG Neo Chef microwave to replace an older LG which gave us many years of good service. This new model is more attractive and has many useful features, including a chime that tells you when it has finished cooking. It is well built. The price was also very reasonable and Best Buy delivered it the same day as I ordered it!

Great for my college daughter. LG did good on this one. At first when we looked at the box, we didn’t think we would like the buttons on the inside, but once she used it, she loved it. I used it too, and the ease of it is amazing. I love how you can just add seconds on the outside of it also, if you don’t use the inside of the door buttons. Great options.

Our microwave died the day before a big NFL game. This LG model had excellent reviews and was just the right size. Bestbuy delivered the microwave to our house on the same day. It is easy to use, quiet, and works wonderfully. I highly recommend it.

The microwave works great and has a very sleek modern look. I love that there are no exposed buttons on the front to clutter it up, you only have the start/stop button and a simple slider for the time setting but if you do choose to get deeper into settings you can do that while the door is open.

I've had this microwave for 4 years and for the most part I'm satisfied. One odd thing I first noticed was that I can only program it to run at 10 or 30 second intervals versus most microwaves that you can type in the specific time. So if I wanted to heat something up for 4 minutes I had to press the 30 second button (also the start button) eight times. My biggest complaint would be the digital clock failing. If you look at my submitted photo, you will see parts of the digital clock disappears. It happens randomly and fixes itself randomly. I tried doing a power cycle multiple times and that has never worked. The same part of the time doesnt always disappear either, sometimes it's other sections. Other than those two issues, it runs awesome and it has more settings than a typical microwave.

This microwave works as promised. As someone who has used microwave ovens for over 40 years I can say that the inverter design does improve the function by making the heating process more even. Reheated foods are more consistently heated without dried edges. Read the instructions for using containers and covers to improve the function of the sensors. The sensors need some steam to measure cooking progress. There are only a few buttons, which means you select the type of cooking or reheating for different foods by multiple presses of a button, but the codes are just inside the door for reference. I miss a dedicated "beverage" button. I would suggest leaving the door open a few minutes after cooking to let steam escape. It seems to keep the inside drier. The oven tends to slip a little when opening the door, but putting non-skid pads under the feet solved that.

At the beginning, I was not too sure about the new control interface, but the simple and clean touch style time entry control proves itself. It's simple and efficient. This unis also has nice big size. I have not yet try all the sensor cooking functions yet.

Was looking for an up to date microwave and this is it. Works great and not too heavy. The chime is a lot better than that loud beeping sound when the food is done heating up.

Love the ease of opening the door, my old one had area on bottom right to push, sometimes getting stuck. The turntable size is great, balanced as per description so turntable doesn't have issue with uneven weight of casserole, etc. The light comes on when opened, I love it. Love the colored interior verses the white that my old one had. I adjusted quickly to not having the 0-9 pad. Settings are only visible when the door is open, which it has to be to put the food inside anyway. Touch the start on the outside of door, automatic starts with 30 seconds. Just tap until required time desired. There is another option for manual time set right above. Love the overall look, perfect fit on my counter, the air vent is on the left side of microwave. I have bought the same brand of microwave for years. I've looked online, read reviews. But you have to try it for yourself. This is my new brand. Wish it hadn't taken me so long to decide. This has sensor reheat, sensor cook, sensor defrost & clock settings hidden when door is closed.Choose your desired setting, shut the door & tap start.
