Works good. Just big. Easy to clean and looks good on the counter.

Overall okay. Design looks nice, but…. Don’t love the lack of standard number panel. I feel like this is happening in other electronics, I don’t get it. Also don’t see the need for the door to overlap the control panel. That makes the door extra large and not great in a tighter counter spacing… we have this in pantry area of the house and a vertical upright of the casework system makes it difficult to open even with 4” from the wall… it works well, it claims to be brighter than most microwaves, but doesn’t seem to be any brighter than my previous microwave. My previous microwave went out the day before Xmas eve, so I needed to get one ASAP, and this one was available, otherwise I would have tried to find something else.

This microwave is a beautiful thing, very nice in every way. My only complaint is that it does not heat uniformly. It seems that the middle of a dish does not heat like the edges do, so you have to interrupt cooking and stir to achieve uniform cooking. By the way, I did not get the "black" model. The one I have has silver stainless trim. I find the instructions complicated. I'm using the booklet that came with it to learn. So far I've been able to heat coffee and cook oatmeal. For those functions, it works very well. I've had it only about ten days.

This microwave is pretty nice. We like the 30 second quick function vs the 1 minute ovens we had before. the buttons are TOO subtle and hard to see for us older folk. I had to make stickers to see what we were doing. The slide function on the front panel is strange. It's OK, but not what I would have chosen to put up front as the main function. The heating is nice, somewhat gentler than our old microwave which used to always throw the fuse. The light inside is pretty good, and makes watching your food easy enough to monitor. Too bad the inside color of the microwave is dark. I think it would be even easier to see if the color were lighter. The bad part is the chime. It's a cheery little tune that plays when it's done....and then again after half a minute if you don't get your food out...and again and again and again. I actually wrote to LG to ask how to disable this irritating function. They have not responded. Yes, I would recommend this, but not if they get easily irritated with the music, or if they're older and can't see the buttons easily.

Purchased the LG microwave during the December 2018 holiday season as an open-box item with no damage. Was provided an additional discount which made this purchase even better. Nice stainless steel exterior. Quality build and easy to operate. Heats good quickly and well. Various preset selections for heating options. This is definitely an item to check out if you're interested in a microwave oven.

This is a terrific microwave. As you will see it has no real keypad with numbers and all you do is close the door touch + and very quickly go to the time you want and hit start! Works great and simple to use. The sensor programs are quite accurate. Instead of cycling on and off for lower power it lowers the output of the magnetron and this allows more even cooking. This is a great well designed unit.

The LG Microwave fits the space and it has the right wattage we were looking for. It is quiet and easy to keep clean. I'm happy with it's overall features. Would love to get the music it plays changed, but it's not too loud or obnoxious. Thank you for the assistance given in purchasing this.

Love this microwave. Especially the slide bar to set how long you need to microwave something, it is so easy to use and fun. I also like the nice tune it plays when it stops.

Needed a microwave to fit in a small cutout in kitchen. This product is great because it provides 1.5 cubic feet of space with a very small footprint. The operating system is amazingly intuitive and it appears to be more powerful than previous microwaves I have owned. It plays a song when your food is finished that sounds like a slot machine.

Microwave works great. Powerful and easy to use. But.....instead of a “beep” or other similar signal it plays a tune. Kind of annoying. When visiting our neighbor, they had a similar model and when they used while we were there it “played the tune” and the neighbor said “I hate that”. We started laughing and had to explain why. We all had a good laugh.

Our old microwave finally died. It had been many years since we were in the market for one. Best Buy had a good number of choices in various size, power and price ranges. This model was the perfect fit for our needs. It works great, looks great and has a cool little set of tunes when various functions are used, completed, etc. We're really happy with this device.

Amazing microwave, big upgrade from old one which had to have been at least 10 years old. So we had a major upgrade. Power, along with other heating options have made a big difference. Size is good as well, things that couldn't or would tightly fit in old one, are no problem in this one.

Great looking microwave and with a slightly different interface. On the front of the device you have a slider to add time plus the start & stop buttons. when you open the door the normal preset and number controls are on the right side. takes a little getting used to but I like it. The food cooks real fast and evenly in this 1.5 cubic foot device. highly recommend
