I like this new microwave. It's high powered and, once I got used to the controls, it's easy to use. The only problem is that it's not shielded well enough so that it doesn't interfere with my home wi-fi signal. Every morning while I was cooking bacon in this microwave oven the streaming signal for my TV got totally destroyed. The program I was watching would freeze or go to a black screen until the bacon was done cooking. The way I fixed it was by running a 25' ethernet cable from the computer room where the modem/router is located. So, if you use wi-fi a lot in your home, be prepared to have to run ethernet cables to your devices.

I bought this microwave one month ago for the large size of the turntable in relation to the overall medium size microwave dimensions. I like the defrost feature which works like Panosonic’s Inverter. Also the quick start button is nice. What I don’t like is that the digital controls are not lit up so unless there’s a light on right over it you can barely see where the buttons are. This is true for outside on the door and inside the door controls. Also I have found that there isn’t a good ventilation system because whenever something is heated up and ready and you open the door there is smoke inside from the moisture. This occurs even when the outside vents are open not blocked by anything.

We've only had this for a week but everything we re-heat so far needs about 10 seconds less than our last microwave. Looks great and easy to use. Only negative so far is the -+ slide on the front is hard to see at times. Wish it was backlit. Be warned it plays a song when it's done cooking not just a beep.

This is a good performance microwave and the size I needed for the space in the wall to replace the old one. I only wish the numbers where to cook the food or heat stuff up were on the outside and not slide your finger to adjust the heat. It is a great appliance though.

We were looking for a microwave to go with our other black appliances and decided to purchase this. Nice sleek modern design and easy to use after playing with different heat options. Although the door has a dark tint, you can still see inside with the light on while heating. It was on sale when we purchased it so that was a definite plus.

I read a review of this model online, and as a result of his reasons for liking it struck a chord with me. The interior size is roomy. Just really a great microwave. Ease of use is good too. A little different than standard ones, but as with my computer on my desk, it was easy to learn how to use this microwave. Totally happy with it.

I like the way this looks, sleek, clean lines, nice finish. It takes a little to get used to the operational aspect but once you've used it for a while you don't have to refer to the manual as much. The interior light is the best I've seen. Very easy to clean as well.

We bought this microwave as a second one, for the wet bar area in our media room. So far it has worked well, and as expected. My only complaint is that the little melody it plays when finished with a heating period is only cute for the first few hundred times, then becomes a little annoying.

We purchased this microwave when our old one started acting up, and so glad we did! Easy to use, you can clearly see your food as it reheats, and does a good job heating food evenly. Bonus, it plays a fun little melody when done instead of just beeping!

So I totally love the sensor cook. This is my first not cheap microwave, so I might be overly impressed. I was going to go with samsung to match my other appliances and even bought an open box "excellent", but it came damaged and the outside material whatever it was felt cheap. If you compare this to a samsung model specs this one is better, it also had better reviews. So I decided to get this one even though it wont match my other appliances. And I do not regret my decision at all, very happy with my purchase. It is kinda loud but its also 1250 watts so I don't know, it doesn't bother me.

Our 2007 countertop microwave bit the dust, so time to get a new one. Wanted one with similar capacity and power. This one fit the bill! Plus wonderful new features that 10 years of progress allows. Old microwave had power levels, but alternated between full on and full off. So even though I set it at 50% power, my Chinese leftovers would snap and crackle at full power as the meat was overheated every 5 seconds. This new one has true variable power - 50% is half power all the time. Wonderful! The Sensor cooking is another new feature. Set the type of food, leave the cover cocked to let steam escape, and it uses the steam to determine when the food is done. Raw vegetables, put in casserole dish, add a bit of water, leave the cover cocked, and press "raw vegetables" and "start" and walk away. I can work on the rest of supper without having to hover over the microwave. Finally, no physical keypad or buttons. Just a nice flat touchscreen, and easy to clean front. And nicely done interface. Need to add 30 seconds more, just press start again. Need to set a specific cook time in minutes and seconds, just use the slider to set right time and press start.

Simple clean design. The main control panel is out of sight behind the door as well as a quick selection panel on the front of the door. The exterior finish makes it easy to clean and looks great. Plenty of power in comparison to it's size. Two thumbs up.

Product is deceiving because the controls are both inside and outside. Once you learn to use them, they are just as easy as all being on the outside and it looks so much more attractive. For a 1200 watt oven, it doesn't seem to work as fast as my last one.I have to cook things a little longer. Must be due to the inverter?
