Overall it's a good phone. Nice camera, large display and ample processor speed as well as memory make this a top contender. However, specific to my unit; after 1 month of use the phone has developed a lag/flickering delay when exiting an app and returning to the main screen. The rep at the Sprint store told me he's never seen anything like it before. Besides this lag/delay it's a sweet phone. As soon as the current issue will be resolved I can return to be a completely satisfied Sprint PCS customer again.

    Greatest Smart Phone I've owned

Let me start out by saying that by saying this is the best phone I've owned. Ive had the Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch, Motorola Photon, HTC EVO 3D, HTC EVO 4G, and HTC Hero.. I have a Blackberry Z10 for work and also had a HTC Arrive for work... I have rooted the phone, but only so I can add WiFi tether and have not added any custom UI, because I am extremely happy with the LG experience. This phone is fast and I have not noticed any issues with lag or freezing like I have with the past phones. The Camera is 13MP with nice basic settings. Sound Quality is excellent on this phone, I use Slacker & youtube A LOT and sometimes have to turn it down, because it's too loud and may wake up my daughters in the other room. The only thing I feel that is a little bit of a downside is that the back is glass, so I bought a cheepo case online with a kickstand and that is awesome in itself. This phone is Free at Best Buy and I say check this out instead of the HTC One or Samsung Galaxy S4, you will not be disappointed.

I was skeptical about an LG as I have never owned one before, but I am very pleased with its simplicity. It's features are easy to maneuver through and the camera is wonderful. The size is a bit big but on the flip slde it's easy for reading emails and generally reading what is on the screen. I like the ease of finding the different applications and they seem to function well. So far the battery life is good with the amount of use it gets but it is also still pretty new so time will tell.

Purchased this as an upgrade for 1 buck. More responsive than the Samsung S2 i owned. Phone is made of glass which i wasn't aware of until after my purchase. Memory is great wish i could add more. Loads of great features. However i wish i would have gotten the Galaxy S4. Larger screen expandable memory.

I've had my new phone for a couple of months and really like the features. My only gripe would be the case is so smooth it feel like it is slipping all the time. I like the big screen but find I have to stretch to reach buttons if I am using one hand to hold and navigate. I can get easily through the day on one charge. Every app I've thrown at it runs smooth. If you're in the market for a droid I would definitely recommend you consider Optimus.

Best quality ive had in a phone since i switched over to sprint from AT&T. Picture taking is great with the 13mm camera, sound is much better, battery life is great, easy to learn to use and find everything, and just all around great phone.

The battery life is great! The amount of memory, ease of learning the phone, the graphic quality is all excellent. The phone over all is a great and I have had no problems with anything. The LG Tag is fun to use...my teenage daughter and I both have this phone and we both use the tag and love it.

Great phome for free. The battery is great, but the camera and screen quality are great. The quad core processor is awesome too. Over all I am happy with it, but not for someone who is media hungry and has a lot of there stuff on a memory card. No sd slot guys :/ Always a buzz kill for me.

I was waiting to upgrade my phone and couldn't decide of which android phone I wanted. I was torn between this phone and the Samsung Galaxy. I chose the LG optimus after reading very good reviews and when I did a "test drive" in store I knew that this was the better choice. The screen is so clear and images are so beautiful it makes you want to just play on it all day...It is very easy to use and comes with so many extra apps that you literally can manage your life in the palm of your hands. I'm very organized and this phone fits my lifestyle perfectly. I'm very happy with my choice and look forward to getting the best use out of my purchase.

There's no stutter on this phone. Unbelievably fast, gorgeous screen, even the Optimus UI skin is pretty useful. I like it substantially more than the S3 skin. My beefs: The bluetooth doesn't play nicely with the car system. I have to unpair the audio then re-pair it to work (2012 Impreza). It doesn't bluetooth tether with my computer either which is a pain. Secondly, the battery's a little poor. Thirdly, and the biggest beef is that it's still on 4.0. Come on, What a sham. It was supposed to release with 4.1. Shame on LG. The positives: Fast, beautiful simplicity, feels like a quality build. really, its a great phone. I haven't really used the camera so i can't comment on that.

This phone is very fast. I haven't used all the functions but the camera is great. It's a little big but not too much to handle. The speed is the best. I play a lot of games on it too.

This is an excellent phone. The weight and size seem just right and the screen is amazing. Pics and videos taken with the camera are beautiful HD. Quad core processor allows the phone to do many things without seeming to bog down.

This phone has proven to be very reliable so far. Love the size of the screen. I did purchase a protective case & screen shield, so no problems with drops or scratches yet. Fast searches & downloads, (depending on my location). I purchased this particular phone due to the long battery life claims & I have not been disappointed. My battery lasts all day (finally) and even overnight most of the time, but I do not generally do a lot of searches thruout the day. I am very happy with this one - would choose it again!

Just upgraded a month ago and was thinking about the Samsung Note II phone but was too big to swipe from one end to the other. Also at 150 bucks less than the Note it was a no-brainer. Good screen size and latest technology features. And cant beat the 13MP camera on this phone.

Not such a great phone, it works just the same as most android devices. 4g is never very fast. I know that has to do with sprint's service. The phone supposedly has a quad cpu but its not much faster than my old evo. the phone still locks up from time to time and requires a reboot. the picture quality is awesome, the battery lasts a good amount. The storage is pretty decent but wish I could add storage.

Had this phone for a little over a month and am.loving it more and more each day. Android ICS and LGs custom shell are both better then I expected. This phone is super fast! The display and casing make this the best looking phone on the market right now! Compared to most other high end phones this is the perfect combo of size and performance!

I love this phone. Being that it's my first Smartphone, it's like a new toy. The picture quality is amazing. Almost too good, like the difference between HD and regular tv. When taking pics of people, all the flaws show! The sound is perfect. No problems with hearing, or people hearing me, and I don't have to glue the phone to my face. I really like the voice command feature for texting, since I can't text worth a d*mn. Tricky setting up contacts, but that may just be a learning curve. 3 negs, 1) battery life is awful. Supposed to be 13 hours. More like 6. 2) even with a glare screen, can't see a darn thing on it in sunlight. Even indirect sunlight. 3) is too big for my small hands. I have to use both hands to use it, which in some circumstances can be not just awkward, but dangerous. I am eager to get 4G in my area, as it is a bit slow, but really can't complain about the speed. It's still pretty quick. Overall, I would totally recommend this phone.
