My headset came with earwax!! And a used usb cord!! I wiped the USB cord down with a sanitizing wipe and found all sorts of dirt on it. I hope the ear tips were brand new because they looked clean but JUST TO BE SAFE, I wiped those too. (Don't worry everyone, I also wiped the headset as well.) Besides the sanitary issues, this item works great. Currently using them with my iPhone 7. I hope it lasts! Totally worth it for the price and having to clean it myself haha. This product may not be the one for germaphobes!

This is a nice solution to get great sound and answer phone calls. It paired with my tablet and phone right away. And it was in good shape (as it was refurbished). The battery life is long enough for business trips and movies on planes. The range is a bit underwhelming if you have your phone in a hip or back pocket.

The sound is good though not for audiophiles. I like the around the neck design particularly for on the go like on and off planes. The retractable feature is nice and the cords are stronger than would seem. Overall good product.

I usually stay away from buying any "refurbished" electronics, but I usually love LG products, wanted Bluetooth headphones, and this was offered at a price I could afford. This set came with two sizes of earbud covers, but the earbuds did not stay in my ears regardless of which ones I used. Worse, the whole thing fell apart after a couple of months.

I had to purchase a new bluetooth headset after my LG 700 stop working (4 years of ownership and daily use). The sound coming from the 770 is great. Overall, the unit is nice. I do have a couple sticking points. The wires the earbuds hang from is very thin. I worry that they will eventually break off or wear down. I expected better quality from a headset this pricy.

I actually took a refurbished item so got a good deal on this headphone. I am very happy with performance. It fits in ear well to stop noise from outside and sound quality is very good. Microphone works great as well as people on other side have mentioned that my sound was coming better than if I just use phone so overall very happy with this headphone. I also use it as just headphone when watching movies on my cell. Battery life is great and while I have not tested for full life, it easily went for 4-5 hours over usage across 4 days when it said - batter is low. I also recommended it to one of my friend who is also happy with it.

The headset works well. The battery charge time is very reasonable and shorter than I expected. Battery endurance is excellent. The sound quality is the biggest surprise. Both music and podcasts sound great. It is necessary to adjust the earpieces for the best sound when listening to music. Overall, the headset is excellent in terms of sound and build quality with a bargain price.

I purchased this after I list my last headphone on a plane. I spent less than I normally do and it was better than my beats.

I have several pairs of bluetooth headphones and these are by far the best i have ever had. They have amazing battery life, are super comfortable and the sounds is excellent.

Microphone is to the side of this headphone and when you move and touch your neck it blocks that mic and have problem with people to hear you

This headset is very good. I have owned the tone infinim and I like how the ultra sounds with jbl. If you like more bass buy this headset.

I've owned several headsets in the LG Tone line, and this one is my favorite so far. I love the retractable cord, since I often only use one earbud at a time, and the weight of the headset is heavy enough that it feels sturdy, but light enough that I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. Great for work or the gym - and oh yeah, the sound is good, too.
