Have had the refrigerator 2+ months. My dinner guests asked where I got my water - from the frig (NEVER asked that before). We put items in the door in door that we use continually (like milk) and it stays as cold as being on the bottom shelf of the previous refrigerator, also items that our 2 year old granddaughter can access by herself - juice box, cheese sticks, carrots, celery, etc. She thinks it is amazing that the refrigerator will open with her foot and even better than she can open the door in door. The freezer with the 6 slide out drawers and shelves on the door make organization a breeze. The lighting is great. It is textured steel - thus NO fingerprints and the two sides of the refrigerator have the same textured steel so it looks great on all sides. I love the size and the extra space that my kitchen now has due to handles NOT extending into the room. It is a clean look. It looks great with the rest of my stainless appliances. I did my research but could not see it before buying as the only one was in California. I have owned several refrigerators and hope this one lasts FOREVER! It is well worth the price paid and my apprehensive husband (due to price) agrees now!
