Nice sound, just wish it was a bit louder for music playing when you just want to jam. I do live in a big space, so that might have changed the dynamics

We have our TV on its stand, so there wasn't really enough from for a traditional sound bar. I was drawn to this one for the 2 speaker flexibility. Fits great. Sound is ok after messing with enough settings. I haven't used the surround mode or the speaker as a portable bluetooth speaker yet. If you need the flex, its a good option. If not, probably can get better sound for less money.

If you want to upgrade the sound of your TV, this is a great option. It doesn't provide the sound quality of a $1000.00 sound bar but most audiophiles wouldn't go that route anyways. The LG SJ-7 has optical and HDMI connection options and the subwoofer provides plenty of bass. The fact that the main speaker is actually 2 speakers provides functional versatility. One of the speakers includes an internal battery which allows you to leave one speaker hooked to the TV and use the other one as a portable bluetooth speaker. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Really like the sound compared to my old Samsung sound bar. The biggest issue I have between the LG and Samsung is the range when it comes to the wireless sub woofer. If I do not have the sub set up almost next to the main speaker it will not connect at all, with my old Samsung I could put the wireless subwoofer all the way across the room without any issues whatsoever. Other than that, we were able to get a good price and the overall quality is very nice.

I like that you can split the speakers to stand up or even take one off and out it behind as sorround sound and Bluetooth woorks great

I have been looking at sound bars for some time. When I got a new TV I did the package deal to save money on the sound bar. This product works very nice and I can play music from my smartphone using the blue tooth. I would have liked an easy setup manual however a fast video search on the web will give you the info you need to set it up fast. I would get an LG TV to go with it as one remote control will work for both items.

The sound bar design is great and sound quality is good Connectivity to devices is easy.

This sound bar was easy to set up. Works great. We have it as 2 two towers on each side of our tv and the sound is amazing.

Upgrading from my previous sound system, this one has great sound quality but the best part about it is the versatility. Being able to move the soundbar speakers separately is very handy and makes the system work for you. A feature I did not think I would use at all is the Bluetooth connection, but I find myself pairing my phone and listening to music all the time with it.

This was exactly what I needed! Being able to separate the speakers and stand them vertically worked great since the stand for the TV comes out about 6" in front of the screen... Standing these speakers up on the side looks great and gives great sound! The connection to my LG TV was very easy and now I can control the volume on the sound bar with the same remote as the TV!

This is a Simplink compatible device which means you can control the volume through the TV remote (if you have a compatible LG TV) 2 you can separate the two speakers and use the second as a surround sound rear speaker because the second speaker is connected to the first speaker using bluetooth. 3. The second speaker can be connected to other sound sources as a portable because it has it's own battery. 4 VERY FLEXIBLE, GREAT SOUND!

Set up was relatively easy (only difficulty was due to misguided instructions from a separate unit) and replacing a complete receiver and surround sound system with over 50' of cables and mass confusion of connections from system to system truly simplified my set-up. And the sound quality is fantastic! Put the BT capable speaker behind the couch and anything from TV shows, sports, movies and music sound great!

System works fine. Connected via optical cable to TV sound out. "plays nice" with Samsung TV. Works fine with my mobile phone (blue ray connect). Downside - when you detach one speaker from power cord, its volume decreases a bit, but its still handy for listening right next to your head when no one else in the room cares to listen.

This product has great sound and an easy installation. My speakers are connected to the tv via bluetooth and stay connected. Although, sometimes when I turn the tv off and back on the speakers don not automatically turn on as well. Not a huge deal. Just an extra click of the remote and the great sound is back on.

LG - SJ7 Sound Bar Flex 4.1 - This is the great sound bar with excellent sound quality. Its has the option of horizontal soundbar with a sub woofer, vertical as bookshelf speakers. It has portable option with built in battery. I bought this speaker in Bestbuys offer prices and its good deal.
