Odd shaped craft ice I like to call nipple ice

However, The craft ice--round ball ice--- comes out with and indention on one side and a nipple like protrusion on the other side. Good conversation piece but not what I was expecting and I'm sure not the intention

LG techs came out and really said "just don't put anything on the drawer except for the ice" because it warps once loaded, but their marketing photos show a FULLY loaded top freezer drawer. So they really designed a freezer drawer with plenty of room for storage, and advertise it's meant for frozen food storage, but it's actually only meant to store ice? I also compared the drawer on several floor models from different stores, there is some variance but this particular fridge I bought seems to be way out of spec at zero degrees Celsius yet LG refuses to acknowledge a manufacturing defect. Buyer beware...

Only one shelf height adjustment, and that is meaningless. Mirror door finish is cool at first, but shows ever single finger print. The tall dispenser is not very tall:(
