Dishwasher came with a bottom tray and didn't fit. Called LG and without question was told that they would send a new tray which we received in a week. New tray fits/works well. The unit is extremely quiet.

I absolutely love our new dishwasher! I read Consumer Reports and lots of online reviews before buying, mostly because I was so disappointed with our last dishwasher. Even with all the positive comments, this LG far exceeded my expectations. It is so quiet, we kept checking it (like a new born baby) just to make sure it was really running. (Guess that's why it's designed with cycle lights! LOL) Best of all, it does an excellent job leaving dishes sparkling clean. (That steam cycle is a "must have" for loosening dried on messes.) Even Tupperware type items dry well with the "extra dry" cycle option. After years of pre-washing, re-washing, and air drying, never thought I would fall in love with a dishwasher,... but the only thing I regret was not purchasing this dishwasher sooner!

Very, very, very quite. Sometimes I forget is working and open the door interrupting the cycle, wish it would lock automatically. So far so good but the stainless steel is hard to maintain.

Compared to our previous dishwasher, this is very quiet. In fact, I rarely know that it is running. The only concern is that we have more spots than our previous dishwasher, but have been told to try some other cleaning products.

This dishwasher is sleek and nice looking, runs very quietly, and I like the three different racks and ability to customize rack set-up. The long-term reliability is yet to be determined, but initial impression is positive.

I love this dishwasher. Extremely quiet, efficient, looks marvelous, well made and not a bad price. There are many features but to be honest I have not tried doing anything but a straight wash and rinse. I definitely recommend this dish washer!

THE LG STEAM DISHWASHER IS QUIET, GREAT CLEANING AND ONE OF THE NICEST DISHWASHER'S ON THE MARKET. THE STAINLESS IS A RICH FINISH. LG PRODUCTS ARE MY FAVORITE AND THIS IS ANOTHER ADDITION TO THE LG FAMILY I OWN.

I purchased this dishwasher in February 2015. Very disappointed now that the detergent trap will not open during cleaning cycles. It stays stuck shut and the dishes do not get clean. Bottom rack is constantly off track also. I tried to reach out to the manufacturer for help getting it repaired but never heard back from them.

We installed an earlier version of this LG model at our last house. We were quite impressed with just how quiet it was. This ones even more impressive. Certainly the best dishwasher we've had.

We purchased this model to replace our 9 year old LG dishwasher. Very quiet compared to our old model and we are very happy with our purchase from Best Buy.

Have been wanting a 3 rack dishwasher for a long time and this one is perfect. Very quiet and cleans very well. No more silverware stuffed into baskets.

Very quiet, can't tell it is even on except for water draining out through the drain. Basically all you can hear. Like the dish racks and adjustablility.

Super quiet honestly don't even know it's on. Only bad so far is does not dry plastic very well.

I've used it twice. It was rated very high. It was the only one with steam cycles. So far I am well pleased.

Purchased after our other dishwasher quit working. The look is very sleek and has multiple settings for what you need. The steam option is a plus. It's very quiet if you're looking for something with low decibels.

I'm not the type to rinse off dishes. Why wash them twice! Anyways, I always got in trouble by my wife on our old GE dishwasher since it did a horrible job. However, this new LG dishwasher has kept me trouble free with the wife. It is also unbelievably quiet compared to our old one. Perfect for those that have an open floorplan when kitchen sounds compete against the TV.

top of the line with 3 racks and flexible dividers. very quiet and easy to operate. nice handle to hang a dish towel or 2.

This dishwasher is so quiet and cleans really well! I have not had any issues with not being able to clean properly. As long as you use drying agent (ie. jetdry) there should be no issues with spots or streaks. There is an option for extra drying if you are worried about lasting spots - everything comes out completely dry with that setting.

I have no complaints with this product it runs great and is very quite.

The noise and ability to clean from our old dishwasher was disturbing. This dishwasher more then meet our expectations.
