This dry has sensor control to know when your clothes are dry like my Kenmore 800 series did. This one ACTUALLY WORKS!! The dryer has a timer when you turn it on and if the clothes dryer faster then the cycle finishes faster if it takes longer then the cycle goes longer. It is great to take clothes out that are dry, not still wet like I use too! I also love the huge capacity, the steam feature,which works great for wrinkle clothes since I hate ironing. The numerous cycles are great too and I use to dry everything on high. With this dryer the cycles dry most on medium and the clothes dry faster then my other dryer (which was only 6 yrs old).

Nice and Quiet Dryer, I've only used it for a month but I'm liking it so far. The dryer does the job it is supposed to do. I used the Steam cycle to refresh a shirt and it worked! The shirt was fresh again in 20 minutes.

I can't say enough about this set. It is quite it is efficient it has a massive load capacity. My wife and I are more than happy with this set

Bought this dryer to match our new LG washing machine. Steam dry is awesome. It is quiet and holds a ton of clothes.

Bought this dryer to replace an old one. Dries clothes quickly. I especially like how it dries my permanent press clothes, they come out of the dryer totally wrinkle free (I get them out as soon as the music sounds) Jeans also come out soft and wrinkle free and I don't burn myself on the zipper or buttons. I have used the refresh cycle on bedding and works great.

I love this dryer, it has a large capacity. I love the steam dry. It has so many cycles, even sanitizes. If you leave the clothes in the dryer too long, you can turn it back on with the steam dry for just a couple of minutes and all the wrinkles are gone.

enjoying this washer immensely. i have had a whirlpool for several years and maytag for another set of years, but this seems to beat both of them. hopefully, it will outlast my whirlpool.

I really like this dryer! It has an air flow sensor which warns you if there's a a build-up of lint in your vent. I originally thought I had a faulty sensor because I had my dryer vent cleaned 18 months ago. However, I did have it cleaned again just so I would know if it was a sensor problem or not. Turns out I did have a build-up again. Score one for the machine! The only (minor) concern: when the timer showed it only had a minute left to the end of the drying time--it actually last several minutes. Only a minor issue and only when I'm waiting to leave the house. I love the color!

Purchased this machine in a set . Love the large capacity..made a big dent in my laundry time. Also like the chimes that remind you when your load is done.

I bought the set & I absolutely love both! What I have probably enjoyed the most, is the Steam Fresh Cycle:) If you have worn something that isn't dirty & you just want to freshen it up, or tighten it up slightly so its not stretched out, this cycle is perfect! Great for all of your delicate tops, & dry clean items!!! I also love the air dry & rack dry option...good for items you don't want to shrink, & cuts drying time down buy not having to lay your items out around your house to dry ;) Love, love this set! Great investment, will last a long time, & great quality :)

Have only had the dryer (and matching washer for a couple of weeks) but everything seems great so far. It runs very quietly and has a huge capacity. Particularly wanted a steam setting when choosing a dryer but haven't been able to try it yet. Was a little annoyed that I wasn't told to not use dryer sheets in this unit until it was delivered (something about waxy build-up from the sheets being bad for the unit)...so am trying liquid fabric softener in the washer. Not thrilled about that but maybe this is a common thing in dryers that are more than a baseline model. There's a nice little tune that gets played at the end of the load instead of an annoying buzzer, so that's pretty nice, though.

Great quality I've come to expect from LG. The really quick drying time results in energy cost savings.
