Along with Dial-A-Cycle enables simple operation. Dual LED display offers an easy-to-read design. Time-remaining indicator lets you know how much longer the cycle will run.

Include cotton/normal, permanent press/casual, towels, delicates, small load, heavy duty, bulky bedding, antibacterial, speed dry, air dry, sportswear and more to accommodate a wide range of garments.
SteamFresh cycle
Refreshes and reduces wrinkles for up to 5 garments in as little as 20 minutes. SteamSanitary cycle offers hygienic results.

Sensor Dry System
Ensures efficient operation without overdrying. Precise temperature control with variable heat source and 5 temperature settings handle clothing types from heavy jeans to delicates.

Along with a painted steel cabinet offers a durable design.
LoDecibel quiet operation
Lets you run the dryer while others are talking, watching TV or sleeping.
Drying rack
Allows you to dry sweaters, sneakers, stuffed animals and pillows without tumbling. End-of-cycle signal informs you when the cycle is complete. Child lock prevents unsupervised use.
Reversible door
Enables flexible placement. Chrome-rimmed glass design lets you easily see drying clothes. Drum light provides a clear view of the dryer's interior.

This dry has sensor control to know when your clothes are dry like my Kenmore 800 series did. This one ACTUALLY WORKS!! The dryer has a timer when you turn it on and if the clothes dryer faster then the cycle finishes faster if it takes longer then the cycle goes longer. It is great to take clothes out that are dry, not still wet like I use too! I also love the huge capacity, the steam feature,which works great for wrinkle clothes since I hate ironing. The numerous cycles are great too and I use to dry everything on high. With this dryer the cycles dry most on medium and the clothes dry faster then my other dryer (which was only 6 yrs old).

clothes comes out fluffy and fresh, takes less time than my old dryer and all the different settings are great, love the steam feature

Nice and Quiet Dryer, I've only used it for a month but I'm liking it so far. The dryer does the job it is supposed to do. I used the Steam cycle to refresh a shirt and it worked! The shirt was fresh again in 20 minutes.

I love, love, love, this dryer! I have had this now for 1 year and it works just as awesome as it did the day I had it installed. The best washer/dryer combo I have ever purchased! Highly recommend!

QuestionVoltage question...Want to purchase the LG DLEX517OV steam dryer 7.3 cu ft. which needs 240v - 60HZ 30 amp. My current dryer is about 12 yrs old and has a 3 prong plug but don't know anything else. My house was built in 1989. Is this LG dryer compatible with my electrical outlet??

- Answer We have 3 prong our house was built 1964. Had great salesperson who was able to answer question for us. When asked if we had 2 or 3 . I wasn't sure off hand. She asked when house was built and was able tolook up answers that were needed for hookup. Hopefully you will get a great salesperson like we did.
