Convection/Air Fry does not work from day one after installation. I was worried just before install when I initially saw 40% of reviews with air fryer issues or other quality issues...Well I though what are the odds... I should not have any issues... Boy was I wrong... LG you have a problem...!!! I am going call this out and you need to issue recall on this $1000.00 junk... Do something besides just saying sorry for your inconvenience...!!! Tell me why I should not ask for my money back...?

Posted .We are disappointed to see that you were not satisfied with your recent microwave purchase and would like to help understand what quality issues that you are experiencing.
I will add that if your are using the Convection at 450 degrees Fahrenheit, that we recommend that you use a mesh tray versus a metal tray, as metal trays have longer cook times. For example if cooking fries using a metal tray, you would want to increase cook time to 18 minutes or so.

Best Buy sent a replacement unit and I Air Fried frozen French Fries for 20 minutes and they were unevenly hot and soggy. I will be returning this useless and expensive unit for a refund.

Circuit Board Issue.

Before end of the year (Dec 31, 2024) suddenly the start / stop button (including the numbers) won't work anymore (circuit board issue). I felt robbed, the unit only lasted for two years????? So disappointed.

Expensive features don’t work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We’ve had this unit for a couple years now and the microwave element works well but the added features that drive the price up have never worked. Every time we try to use air fry things come out cold on the inside and soggy. Unreal considering other LG microwaves that look and perform the exact same way as this one are $700 less! We like LG appliances usually but this one was not worth it. Also, this one doesn’t vent to the exterior of your house! It just recirculates the same smells… so if you cook a lot, your kitchen will smell like it.
