I would suggest anyone interested in a hard punch taking, top notch quality satisfying, ease of usage wearing, as well as minimal worry of damage to wires with this innovative and well thought out ear bud technology, and well placed button action hardware. You can't go wrong with this greatly crafted piece of well designed device. I give a 10 out of 10 on LG's best as far as I'm concerned technology. Hands mfng down. Get down on your savage beat yourself up workouts, or jam out when you're doing chores, bring yourself to a beautiful slumber on your sleep time, to vibe out observing nature in it's awe or meditating to illuminating tunes. I would get the warranty as well, it's worth it if God forbid something should happen with it by mistake. My final verdict -- its a win win. Certainly worth its value 10 fold. Do yourself a favor and get one, or two even when the other one needs charging cause you love it as much as I do. Lol! :P You work hard. You deserve it for yourself. Get it, and get more done! Let's do this! USH!!!

Completely wireless great sound quality. Holds charge for several hours. So comfortable one forgets they have them on. Going to order 4 more for my kids.

I love the LG Tone Pro line. This 780 was the best. I love that they improved it by making the earbuds recess within the ends of the "horseshoe". I love the features in the Tone Pro line: auto announce name of incoming calls, auto reading of incoming messages (I used this on text and WhatsApp messages) pause, ff, rewind, skip tracks, voice search button, ease of pairing, ease of on/off, etc. However, of you were to go back to my BB history you would see I've gone through quite a few of these headsets. Seems like every 2-8 months they die. First one earbud goes out then the other then I'm buying a new one. Eventually I started doing BB warranty but still an inconvenience. This last time I went to exchange there were not in stock and no refresh in supply chain so I went with a Sony C400 (crappy returned after a week. Just unrefined and basic) ended up with Insignia NS-CAHBTEBMC-S. Hasn't broken yet but surprisingly decent. Miss all the features of the Tone Pro line. I would still probably recommend: I know I use/wear my headphones 16-18 hours straight and therefore think a more gentle user could make them last a lot longer. (See picture. These are the dead earbud Tone Pros I forgot to recycle and before I started using the BB warranty so you know I'm not being mean for no reason)

The earbuds retract into the headphone to prevent damage. However, magnet is a little weak and doesn’t always connect with ease. But it does stay in place once it is in place. I bought the warranty which’s make the purchase worth it for me. I use this headset daily.

Distance is very limited 33 feet is stretching the truth a little. Sounds are awesome real clear people hear me fine in my big truck (mixer) just wished it was connected at full ranges as they say it would but not. 20 feet maybe with nothing between you and your headphones.

It will pick up sounds, other than my speech, with ease. The wires are not as long as the previous model that I had a bud go out on. All in all, it does the job. I'm not sure if I would have kept them if I would have had to pay for them...GEEK SQUAD replacement for previous model gone bad.

I'm ways used my Bluetooth before and I had hard time with it, now is a lot better with my new ear piece

I have ordered within the past 4 yrs lg headphones. The only problem that i have with them are the speakers. They seen to loose the sound or makes squeak noises after 4 or 5 months of usage. Now is worst because you cannot put any store insurance for this product. They break and you have to throw them away and buy a new one. I think that's unfair for the customer. Thank you.

After two months one side stopped working. I usually keep them hung up on my backseat panel to prevent damage. I forgot there was a factory warranty until now. Stores are closed so I'll have to try tomorrow. It stopped while I was on the phone and the other side or not the best. Hopefully I can exchange them out for one that works.

I've been using these for a few weeks now, and although I am pretty pleased with their performance, I think the physical design is lacking. First of all, the earbuds are held in place by magnets while not in use, which is pretty handy. However the magnets seem to be pretty weak, as I find one or both dangling more often than I would like. Also the earbuds themselves are too large, to the point where if you only insert the rubber part into your ear, they always feel like they want to fall out (and sometimes do). I've tried both sizes of the replaceable rubber inserts and neither seem to hold them in place. You can insert them further into the ear, but the plastic cylinder behind the rubber insert is too big and makes my ears hurt after a short time. As far as performance, the range is better than I had expected, the battery life is great and this thing charges very quickly. The sound quality is decent, but not as good as other corded sets I have owned. If these things fit better, they would be very close to 5 stars from me.

Coming from an older Motorola headset these were better in a lot of ways. First of all, they're light weight to the point I don't always know that I'm wearing them. The sound is good too, but the earbuds were a bit bigger than my Motos. It also held a charge for a long time, and I liked that you can see the battery level on my iPhone screen. One thing I'd like to see changed, however, is that the wires seem a bit thin. Otherwise, decent product.

I wanted to replace the LG Tone HBS-730 that I have had for fourish years, but I couldn't find another pair. I opted for this set, which has a longer battery life and better bass response. That is a big deal, because the old set only needed recharging twice a week and the audio was great for this price point. This new set delivers a richer bass response due to the larger driver and speaker. Unfortunately a larger driver requires a larger housing (a square w/ rounded corners), which does not fit neatly into my ear like the old bullet design of the HBS-730. So, after an hour or so it starts to cause a pressure-sore spot and requires repositioning. It may be no issue for you at all. I would like to give this thing a 4.5 based on my particular problem, but that isn't an option. You should buy these if you need long battery life, enjoy quality audio, don't get them TOO wet (sweating is fine, and so is a light sprinkle), and don't have an extra $150 lying around for the high-end sets.

The LG Tone Pro are reliable headphones that stay fully charged for at least 15 hours. I listen to music and talk on the phone all the time and I utilize my tones while doing so. The tones are lightweight so most of the time I forget I have them around my neck. Easy to use.

These are lightweight and easy to use. They pick up too much noise to talk with the windows open, but work for what I need. Music is ok to listen to. Doesn't get very loud though.

This was an incredible purchase best one all year maybe. Best qualities other than the price when I bought it is: Bluetooth obviously, battery life (can last throughout the day unless constantly playing), range is pretty good as well. Would give it 5 stars but once in a while the connection pauses itself which you simply have to un-pause it. Highly recommend this product or something similar if you like listening to music on the go

LG tones are reliable and at the price offerd by Bestbuy the two year warranty was very reasonable. Great sound, great design and quick to connect via Bluetooth. Holds 6 hours of charge. Plenty for most activities like running and general workouts.

This blue tooth headset is easy to use, lightweight, and the sound quality is good. It is easy to grab the earbud(s) from the magnetized clips to use and then return them when done. I like the item for all these reasons and the fact that it was competitively priced. I would recommend this product to others.

I hear everthing very clearly. The earbuds are a little too big. Not good for use in noisy areas. When using the phone, callers on the other end say they hear too much background noise. All of the LG I have used have been this way.

I work in a cubicle and I forgot my trusty Bose headphones at home today. Made a quick run to my local Best Buy at lunch - they pricematched a competitor - and brought these back to the office with me to prevent a ridiculously boring afternoon. These LG Headphones actually have Harman Kardon sound in a really inexpensive package. I think they are a great value for the money. They came fully charged and ready to roll right out of the box. Pairing was super easy, and I don't even notice them sitting on my neck. The volume is powerful and I really think these might even be a go-to set for me. I would buy them again if I were in the same boat.
