Idk this is my 6th headset from LG! 6 different model of headset. Lasted me about 6 months at a time. Bestbuy will not provide any geek squad protection anymore. LG Headset is no go good anymore.

Sound quality is great, but people often complain that it is hard to hear me when riding in the car with window down or cracked.
