Right earbud volume much lower

The volume is the right ear is so low I am almost tempted to cut it off, it’s useless. I have tried balancing the sound, other earbuds, with same devices, cleaning my ear, cleaning the earbud, nothing works. If I could find my receipt I would return in right now. The older 750 model was better.

This bluetooth is better for at home chatting or quite areas. These are definitely not made for blocking out noise. As far as working out, the earbuds seems to constantly fall out. Also, I have to charge this one a little more frequently than the old version.
