This is a good upgrade from the HBS-770, I enjoy it

I had the previous model of the LG headsets that were a problem because the controls were located on the top part of the headsets. This model improved that problem by moving the controls to the side of the headset.

I got these as a gift for my husband and he loves them. He's a telecommuter and has meetings all the time, these allow him to move about the house without being connected to his phone with a wire.

i really like this headset only that it is hard for women with long hair for it gets caught in my hair a lot and pull the cord. Plus they didn't last more then 6 months. if you buy this i would get protect cause you will use it.

These sound great good micro phone I owned several pair the right ear always goes out so I switched to over the ear sony and don't have that problem anymore.

The units works flawlessly but ear buds are hard to locate when out of the magnetic holders. Feels bulky with the rounded design. Not as sleek as the retractable versions but cost 50% less. Overall not bad but I prefer the more pricey version..

I purchased these to replace an older LG Headset that had lasted me for years. People had trouble hearing me so I returned the unit. Not sure if it was defective or not. I upgraded to the more expensive LG headset thinking it would do a better job.

Comfort and fit were spot on, however when listening to music I immediately noticed that the balance of the sound was off and to the left. I readjusted the ear pods to make sure that they were again in correctly. At this point I was disappointed and I didn’t continue to review this product. It was returned. I have the older model LG HBS 750 and it rocks. I figured hey, much newer model so it must rock even more. The reviews were pretty good so why not. Oh well, thank you Best Buy for an awesome, no hassle, return policy.

The Bluetooth Headset is good but 3 Star cause the ear piece is to big for my ear. Once in a while I will have my ear swollen after 3-6 hrs of use. I drive a lot. I'm looking for others. If the ear piece does not bother you is all good.

Great Product. I had the older model. Tried 3 other brands in the last 2 years because I hated the collar on the old set. This new set is comfortable. Do not even know they are on my neck.

The headset is reliable. The cord doesn't get tangled with seatbelt in the car. It's better than having another headset in your ear all day. Vibrated when you receive a call. Great prodduct

I got these for my mom since she loves to walk but hates how normal headphones dangle and these were so gooood. Planning on getting another one for her once’s these break

I like these headset because compare to my last headset the new set are stronger in strength. I used them to listen to music mostly and I have a good experience while using my headphones.

The quality of this new headset is great I like the fact that the earbuds for your ears you can put it inside and it's not visible to collect dust I would definitely recommend this to a friend

I have been using it it for 6 months. Love the product. I use it on my phone, my Ipad and my notebook. It isn't uncommon that I forget it is hanging on my neck until the end of the day.

Range is a problem, unless you have the source on your person it doesn’t stay connected. It also doesn’t stay straight on your neck it likes to slide to one side or the other.

I bought this Bluetooth to use at work, however, it is not very good at at all. It is always dropping calls and it does not sync well with Samsung Galaxy models. I may try out the Ultra to see if there any major differences.

Perfect gift for a delivery driver. Able to listen to music from the phone. It’s wireless feature is great because there’s no wire that will get caught on boxes and other obstacles.

It was a good deal and works great, granddaughter tore up her old ones laying around , had yo buy a million of them so far these have been the best I’ve bought , still working great

This is my third set, work great as always. A little disappointed that the earbud cord is thinner now. That's always the way they fail.
