Love it!! I upgraded from old version. I love the sleek new design and the improved sound.

I purchased the tone ultra first and they didn't sound any better than these, and these cost $60 less. They function well for taking on the phone and sound pretty good for listening to music. Pro tip, best buy price matches their online pricing and Amazon.

Lg makes the best around the neck bluetooth. That being said these are no exception with the sleek look, light build and poping color these are a good buy. But i dont like to feel things on my neck or head and o have a big neck so it was kinda tight for me.

I am so glad I made this purchase. I use them every night at the gym and love the fact that they stay in ears during a five mile run. They sync automatically and stay charged all week. I did purchase a case for them as I want to protect them when they are in my gym bag. The music quality is great. I also bought one for my son and he is very happy with them too. This is the best purchase I've made in a long time

Love this Bluetooth. Sound quality is extremely clear and loud. Sounds like the person is sitting close to you. I only gave it four stars because it lacks the ANC feature on previous models of this brand bluetooth which helps eliminate background noises.

Pretty good overall. Sound is great and I love the fact that they do not have retractable ear buds. Those things bug me. Biggest complaint is the on/off switch is on the inside of the left arm and it scratches/irritates my neck and is wicked annoying.

I heard a lot of good things about it but I have had the worse luck with Bluetooth. I have went through so many that I didn't want to try anymore. But this was my last try. And yes I love it. The best Bluetooth every. I can hear clearly and the other end hears me clearly. The battery is awesome it's been a week and I still haven't charged it yet. Love the color. Still getting use to something on my neck.

My husband uses this while at work to listen to music and take phone calls. He has been very happy with the quality of the sound. One of the ear speakers did start to short out but we had the Best Buy warranty and they exchanged it for a new headset.

when you use both buds in your ear, they have a good noise cancellation effect...just gotta get use to have something around your next and scared i will end up pulling them out of the unit. maybe a connect style with replacements would ease my mind

I purchased these to replace some that failed. Good sound and has good battery life.

This is my second blue tooth in less than 4 months. 1st purchase different brand broke quickly. This Samsung is constructed better with ear buds that stay attached to set. Range could be better have to keep phone close or lose connection.

This headset had really good sound and very easy to set up and link to your phone

I like that they are lightweight and simple to use. Not to many bottoms on them.

I can't believe how good these phones are. I have been involved with audio for decades and they are the best. Battery charges fast with any charger or USB port. Make sure you use the correct ear adapters, or the they will not sound good. I went into the bathtub twice with them, no damage But don't try it. Bluetooth connectivity is only good for about 20 feet, line of sight.

Good battery and sound a bit hard to operate buttons, too many. When phone rings one has to wonder was it the left ir right side that answers the phone. then if listening to radio, is it the left or right side to play pause music

Great headset but not perfect by no means. Music sounds great and even calls sound good. I have it 4 stars cuz I already had to exchange them after the left ear bud went bad a few days after buying them. Other then that I love them
