Q: How good is the noise cancellation for the mic? Does it pick up ambient noise?

A: I drive a soft top Jeep Wrangler which can be very noisy. Since I started using the LG Tone Pro series headset I can have a conversation with someone with out them complaining about the background noise.

Q: how long is battery life while listening to music

A: I START WORK AT 7 AM GET OFF AT 4:30. IT IS ON ALL DAY, PLAYING MUSIC 95% OF THE TIME.. SO FAR NO BATTERY ISSUES.

Q: I want to know if this will be good for running (will it come off?).

A: I've had these for about a week. I run an average of two miles in about 20 minutes. I hold my I-phone 6s when I run in my right hand. At this time I have not had any problems running or lifting weights while I'm holding my phone or if it's within 10 feet (open area). Now after 30 minutes of running and sweating, it starts to skip a little. I read to hold the phone in the left hand rather than the right if skipping starts to happen (has something to do with the Bluetooth). It does seem to help when I hold it in my left hand. My concern is this, does the sweating cause the LG earbuds to skip, or is the battery only lasting about 30 minutes? The manual says the battery will last about 9 hours for music. I doubt this is possible, but I have not had them long enough to test this theory. I did purchased an extended warranty so I will keep the LG Pros for a few more weeks. I want to test them a little longer to find out if they are skipping because of my sweat or is the battery an issue . If I take them back, I will try the same brand but give LG Tone Active model a shot. The LG Active Tone model says they are water and sweat resistant, the LG Pros are not. The LG Active Tones are about $20.00 more, but maybe worth the price. Unfortunately, the ratings on the Active Tone models are saying they have similar problems with the skipping. The Pro's for the LG Pro - I love how they stay in my ears when lifting weights and running. Most comfortable earbuds outside of the Beats. For the first 25 minutes while running they are fantastic! Very good sound and has a good volume compare to others that I have recently purchased. The controls are the easiest to work of any wireless headphones that I have purchased. The pause, fast forward, reverse, skip to next song all work perfectly. Very easy to learn and understand. It also comes with a manual. Comparing the LG Pros to other Wireless Brands - I recently purchased some Beats Wireless (Refurbished) earbuds. They were horrible!!! The only good thing I can say about the Beats is they are comfortable. Every review said they were bad, but I had to find out the hard way. The Bluetooth was horrible. No range. The Beats skipped all the time. None of the controls (Fast forward or reverse) worked. Again these were refurbished Geek Squad approved. The refurbished Beats went back in 30 minutes. That's how bad the Beats were. I then went out and bought some JBL's - Unfortunately, they would not stay in my ears, That was enough to take them back. I then purchased some Jams for $39.00. The JAMS wireless earbuds had the best radius 50 feet of any of the Wireless earbuds that I purchased. Unfortunately, they were not loud enough. If the JAMS had been louder, I would have kept them. Unfortunately my music playlist on my I-Phone has some low volume recording DVD's on it. I downloaded some old DVD's that I purchased from an old music club that I was a member of years ago. Again the quality of my DVD's were not very good and the JAM earbuds reflected it. If your recordings are at a higher level the Jams would be right up there with the LG Pro. Con's For the LG Pro - After 25 minutes of exercising they have a tendency to skip when I'm sweating. If I keep my phone in my pocket after 25 minutes they skip a lot more. It may be a Bluetooth issue. I also read holding the phone in the left hand helps correct this problem. I did try holding my I-phone in my left hand after 20 minutes, and the skipping did decrease. The Range on the LG's Pro's say 33 feet. It's more like 10 to 15 feet. If you have a wall separating you and the Bluetooth devise, the range is even less. Note: All the wireless earbuds I purchased had this same problem with walls. All the Wireless Earbuds that I purchased had poor radius distance except for the JAMS (they say 50 ft). If I could combine the JAMS with the LG, I would have a perfect Wireless headphone. All in all I rank the LG Pro's the best Bluetooth earbuds I've purchased so far. Unfortunately, until they fixed the Bluetooth distance and volume, I don't know if any company makes a perfect wireless earbud for exercising. I was told BOSE has no wireless Earbuds because they have not been able to perfect the Bluetooth sound and quality. This may be the reason why I have experienced so many issues with the different wireless earbuds.
