As my first 1440p 165hz monitor I am very impressed especially because of the price compared to competitors. Easy to use and put together with many setting for getting the picture just how you like it.

First gaming monitor and it is very dependable and can boost great frame rates with great competitive gameplay. Already had a nano cell LG television and this monitor upholds the LG name.

New to 1440p monitors. This monitor is great in terms of color and brightness. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but there is a lot of light bleed. I had to change my first monitor thinking it was just a faulty one but the second monitor was the same. Now when I play the games I play, I don’t notice it. I only play games that have lots of color in it, not into dark theme games like horror games or dark action games. I think if I played those games the light bleed would bother me. Don’t know what other monitor to get instead of this one since I like the refresh rate, so I’m keeping it? Until I do more research that is.

Beautiful monitor! The size is perfect and has been great to game on! It does have a tendency to glare with overhead lights so I just turn mine off and use my desk lamps.

I bought this monitor two years ago, I have no complaints, I used this monitor every day for work and gaming and so far I have no issues. The only thing that I don’t like is the stand, I wish it was smaller but I’m planning to get a new one. I highly recommended

It’s an awesome gaming monitor, just what i needed for the playstation 5. My only frustration is that I didn’t punch my old monitor sooner. I love it.

Bought this display as a gift. Replaced a 34" curved monitor as the primary, but still has a dominant presence. The colors pop and it feels responsive when gaming.

Good color, good reflection handling, good stand, Gsync works, low motion blur. I bought two of these and both had Bad black uniformity, Terrible black light bleed, moderate IPS glow, and one had about 30 dead pixels. In my opinion the quality control may not be up to par on these considering the cost. I have a 3 year old 60hz LG that is objectively better on all aspects aside from Gsync and motion blur reduction and it was $300.

Great and amazing monitor, I’ve been using this for more than a year and I can say that it’s been great for gaming and work. One annoyance is that for some reason, i can only use 144hz instead of 165, so that’s a bummer.

The 27GP83 is my 3rd monitor from LG's Ultragear line of 27" Nano IPS panels and my favorite this far. It's a direct successor to the 27GL83 but with improvements. It has a better stand, factory overclocked to 165hz and am extended Freesync range. The range via HDMI used to be 48hz-100hz but it's now extended to 144hz. For myself as a Xbox Series S gamer I can now do 1440p resolution@120hz with Freesync enabled which couldn't be done previously. It makes all the games I've played this far run incredibly smooth and still look incredible. Really impressed with this panel. I'm honestly not sure what improvements LG can add to this panels successor.

Screen size is great, color and resolution are fantastic, and the ergonomics of the stand are easy to use and very maneuverable. UI is also easy to use for changing gaming settings.

Gorgeous monitor 1440p in 165hz is everything you need and more. Price point is certainly worth it as LG doesn’t mess around when it comes to quality gaming equipment. Recommend this over the competitors.

Great 1440p is definitely the sweet spot. Wish It had speakers but not the end of the world.

Great picture was a little disappointed in it had no speakers and wish the sales associate would informed me of that but over satisfied

This monitor is awesome. Stand is a littke big so make sure you have room! Works great for PC and console.

Overall I could open box purchase, the item came with all the cables necessary it's a pretty cool looking base that attaches the screen quite easily overall pretty light screen if you plan on ever taking it with you somewhere. I have no problem with the brightness I only use it indoor. The reaction time for gaming is without leg and I noticed no ghosting. I would say one of the drawbacks is that although it does adjust and height fairly easily it doesn't swing at all so yes you would have to adjust the swing by moving the base and the base is fairly wide so depending on your desk space it might be annoying to have the new things around just to swing the screen around.

This is a fantastic 1440p monitor. The clarity and sharpness are beautiful. I didn't know if i wanted 24 or 32 inch, once i got it out of the box I am happy with 24in. I would like to purchase another one of these monitors so I can run a dual monitor setup. If you choose to use the base instead of an arm mount, the base if very sturdy and super easy to install and disconnect. The base also has a wide stance so it is solid on a flat surface. I would highly recommend!!
