This is a great monitor. I ended up returning for an Asus PG32ucdm because it is slightly brighter and has a glossy screen.

Graat for games but cant use for work, colors are not accurate or too saturated. Controls are really confusing and honestly for the price not worth it. Text is also not clear.

Overall I love it. Software is lackluster and the screen flashes black for a second sometimes.

Bought in November '24, here in Aug '25 I am yet again without the monitor for weeks, while they attempt to fix it for the 3rd time. LG has the worst customer support I've ever experienced. The monitor can't seem to handle the 240hz at 4k bandwidth. The 1st time they "fixed" it, when it was returned, it seemed to have a stable connection for all of about 2 hours before the screen started flickering often. After the 2nd time they "fixed" it, it actually seemed to truly be fixed. For a couple of months.... The issue returned. I attempted to get them to replace it with a fresh one this time. However, the only way to communicate with them is via chat. The only people who seem to handle these chats are low level employees with no decision making power, less that fluent grasp of the English language, and apparently nobody above them who can assist in any way. The only option, ever, is to send it in. They collect very vague information about the symptoms, never follow up to receive more detail during the repair process, and eventually ship it back to you with fingers crossed. They now have it for the 3rd time, since that is the only option they provide if it doesn't work, seemingly forever until the warranty runs out. I suspect that is their goal, to keep "fixing" it until I have no more warranty. Currently on the LG website under my account, it now says that the reason is for "No Power." I never told anyone that it had no power. Like I said, English understanding is rough on their part. I cannot add any detail myself. Likely they will receive it (for the 3rd time), plug it in and see that there is indeed power, call it good and ship it back as a faulty monitor again. Then I can do the same thing for the 4th time, with more of the same results. It's the definition of CRAZY!!! Avoid at all costs. Buy any other brand.

This is easily the most beautiful screen ive ever used, and live the dual mode. But..... Playing 480hz mode randomly the screen turns black. And obviously when you're using that mode its in a competitive situation and just kills the team..... Sucks trued switching cables, hurrying and powering of the monitor and turning it back on, swapping modes...... Nothing got me suspended on ow probably going to return.
