    My previous review still stands, however I've upped my rating to 5 stars. :) Originally bought this for a friend who knows very little about smartphone. For this reason, I used the phone for several days so I could show her how to use it. After turning the phone over to her and going back to my Note 4, I missed using the LG V10 - so I bought one for myself! :) Please refer to my previous review for all the positives about this phone. Thanks!

    I love the functionality of the phone, but it was marketed as nearly unbreakable with its military standard shock resistance, its stainless steel frame and silicone bumpers, and its two layers of glass to resist damage. A couple of days after getting my cool phone, it dropped out of my non-moving car from the bottom of the door opening (we're talking less than 2 feet), and cracked the glass! I hadn't even had time to get a case for it. Thank goodness I still had my insurance plan in effect! So much for the 'great price' I paid for my 'unbreakable phone!" I would actually recommend this to a friend because the phone is cool. I would just also recommend they buy an insurance plan, because it is not as rugged as implied in their marketing.

    So far so good. Still in the learning stages. The only problem that I occurred was when I purchased the phone Best Buy didn't have any cases for it. I finally found a case and holder online.

    This product does what I expected it to, mostly only used for phone calls and texts. It does not come with manual and I am still waiting to receive one by mail ( over a month) so since I am not good with electronics I am sure others may have a better experience.
