Very good fast phone no lag no matter how many apps you have open. Beautiful screen very bright can use in direct sunlight. True to life colors. I Love the replaceable battery. This LG V20 has so many features it’s hard to name them all. The IR Blaster remote control is very handy. Easy to take screen shots and add them to your QuickMemo+ to save for later. You can even add what tabs you want on the bottom of the screen, Up to five. It’s one of the best smartphones I’ve ever used it can take a lot of punishment very hard to break I’ve dropped mine face down on my hard wood floors and not a scratch. I love the Gorilla Glass 5 the feel is so smooth easy on your fingers yet tough. I gave my first one to my grandson and I can’t wait to get my new one because I feel lost without it. Just got an update to Android security patch level November 6, 2017 Software version US96610n, MDF v2.0 Release 4. So LG is still updating it. Easy to find cases for it also. The second screen wow at first I didn’t really know how handy it is but now it’s Awesome. You can add your favorite contacts to it, Your favorite apps too even make calls and receive calls or text messages and get notifications. Just a all around Awesome Smartphone that after using it the more you like it.

First time owner of a LG phone and so far the phone is great. I love the removable battery and the expandable storage.Dual camera that allows wider angle it good, I also love the second screen. The battery life is great for my usage. It charges fast. The picture is clear and crisp. Fast process very happy with the purchase.

Runs like a champ. The manual camera features are exquisite, and the battery life is more than adequate (approx. 5-6 hours with screen on). Never worry about needing to charge midday, and I could just buy a second battery if it ever becomes a problem. Love the size, second screen, removable backing, performance, and cameras. Only real problem is the near-constant running background processes from Android OS. Does cause slightly high drain while the screeen is off, but still hasn't been a huge issue, so I only docked it one star. Best Buy shipped it VERY fast (within 24 hours), it arrive well bubble wrapped, and getting a Price Match Guarantee was a quick and pleasant experience. The 12-month financing option was a real game changer for me. I will definitely buy my next phone from Best Buy!

I love the second screen. The battery life is great. It charges fast. The picture is clear and crisp. It's very fast loading apps.

The phone is great! it is a little on the tall size for me. I love the removable battery and the expandable storage. The camera is fantastic and the wide angle lens is a definite win! The only problem that I have with the phone is that it will not allow me to do Wi-Fi calls. This may be because it is not carrier specific. Overall a great buy and would recommend this phone to any of my friends.

Hard to complain about this device. Its fast, great screen, great camera. Makes you glad it still has a headphone jack due to being the only phone with a DAC. This thing outputs great audio. Then finally, the second screen, which turns out to be my favorite feature. It is definitely a convenience that I will enjoy a lot longer. I've used it for about 1 month now and it is great.

The lg v20 is a sweet phone. Has a large screen. Love the camera and notification bar second screen at the top. Much cheaper than other phones and love the removable battery. This is my 2nd one

Overall this is a step up from my LG G4, video looks fantastic on this crisp screen. I was concerned about battery life (because of other reviews) as I use my phone for work and home; but I was pleasantly surprised that even with 8 hours moderate/heavy use I still had 65% left. The speaker doesn't put out as much volume as I would like for music, and the front facing camera looks distorted in low light, which isn't good for me but most people probably wouldn't notice. I am enjoying how responsive this touchscreen is, it works with cold fingers so no warming up my hands just to send a text. I like my new phone, now I need to find a case the protects the front without making the phone the size of a 80's cell.

I saw my sister had a lg v20 an I missed having a bigger phone since my note 3 so I purchased one. I bought this phone to use on straight talk an so far its worked good. The second screen is a great feature and adjustable. The battery life is very decent for moderate an some heavy use. It has a removable battery. It Charges fast. I like being able to adjust all my home/back buttons and add more. This is the US996 model. There's two things I dont like the reception it could be better, as could the camera in low light areas. However the camera does have many features other phones don't but it will do hdr videos/pictures an has amazing quality. Overall I'm happy with this device as it save me from spending $800-900 on a new note 8

After Samsung S6 edge+ and S7 I grew to dislike the screen curve. Looks great but less practical than you think. Flat screen easier with less missteps. Best Buy price matched a competitor and I saved an additional 25%.The last generation of processor is very similar to the newest without paying $800+ for a device! Does everything it should and more. But warning: you must enter your carriers proper APN for it to work. Just stop into a store and they'll do it for you. Would love a new V30 but not spending top dollar. Overall very happy!

...but I have to say, this phone is big and sometimes Im not comfortable using it. That and the LG UI are the reasons why I didn´t give 5 stars, Im using it with the Microsoft Launcher. Aside that, it´s a wonderful and useful device with a great camera and a more than useful second screen that allowed me to do things that I never did before, like answering a call while I playing a game or accessing the play/pause/change music buttons of any music player directly there. Well, for its price I very happy with it.

I've only had this phone for 3 days, but so far I'm really impressed. I had to get a Nano SIM card because my old LG Optimus G Pro had too big of a sim card. The optics & sound are phenomenal! No problem getting ATT to activate SIM. All my files transferred with no problem. (Contacts & Calendar transfer much easier if everything is on Google or a Gmail account.) The micro SD card from my old phone is read with ease. Probably because it's from one LG to another. Battery seems to last very well too.

Bought for my daughter as x-mas gift. My wife currently owns the same phone. Takes great pictures, plenty of storage. Like the size of the screen. Has nice features like built-in FM radio and more. Better get a case protector for it. I looked at the new V-30 but decide to stay away due the report of the backing cracking easily.

Chose this phone to replace my Samsung Note Edge in which the power key had to be used with a screwdriver. The battery on the LG is better, the second screen is awesome and I had missed the knock function I used to have on my LG G2. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is not being able to customize the notification tones for text messages and the like beyond the pre-installed stock tones.

It's got expandable storage, removable battery, and an IR blaster which are all pretty rare these days. While the processor, camera, and battery size aren't the best it's also not a newly released phone and for the price I think that they're all pretty good, especially as an upgrade from a V10 since the V20 isn't supposed to have the bootloop issue.

Overall this is a good phone. It's very similar in size to the Nexus 6p, my favorite phone I've ever owned. I do have an issue with it dropping calls a couple times a day, but not sure if it's the phone or Verizon. Display is great and processor is fast.

Although the V30 is now out, the V20 still holds up remarkably well. Personally I think they out beat the G series of LG phones. Huge and crystal clear screen and resolution. Fast and responsive processor. Decent graphics memory for gaming and rendering. Plus plenty of LG quality of life improvements for the user.

Its a beautiful phone , nice bright large screen , quick response , excellent photos is a super plus , and the phone jack connects to hidef audio so the music sound more crisp and so clear , all in all its an excellent phone you will not regret it and the price can not be beat absolutely love this phone

But this one for my daughter. My Wife had the same one. She liked it and want the same. Note when buying the unlock phone might night give you all the features by the service provider. Example Video calling with AT&T will not work on an unlock version,

My phone had a case on it when I dropped it on pavement as I was exiting my SUV. It fell face down, and the screen shattered. Other than that, I like this phone a lot. It's fast, the sound is AWESOME, and the display is great. It is not as bright as Samsung Galaxy, but I like the aspect ratio of this screen better. I think this is the best-value phone on the market. The camera takes GREAT pics on lowlight--better than iPhone and Galaxy.
