Life of Pi is a modern day masterpiece! Cinematically exceptional, this story begs you to ask the question what would I do to survive? How far would my mind go to protect me from myself psychologically?

This movie captured youthful adventure, beautiful scenery and the struggles of survival while facing challenges. Good lessons for everyone.

This movie is most creative i has seen in years since EAT PRAy LOve (julia Roberts.). Takes me on adventures and places feels like im there with this boy. by the way got a great price too.

IT ANSWERS THE QUESTION " HOW DO YOU SURVIVE A SHIPWRECK WHEN YOU HAVE A TIGER IN THE LIFEBOAT WITH YOU". LOVED THE SCENES WITH THE MEERKATS AND THE WHALE. GREAT SPECIAL EFFECTS.

I have not yet had a chance to review this movie. Although the story is inspiring and the colors are captivating, I have not finished viewing the movie at this time.

From the beginning the movie explored man's relationship with nature and the uncertainty of events. The movie explains how we need to rely on faith in something and relationships to survive.

Nice picture, nice tiger(s), not so cheerful story, feeling sad afterwards. Will get a 3D version after getting a 3D-capable TV to fully enjoy the special effects.

Purchased this movie having seen some reviews when it first came out. We were not disappointed. Enjoyed seeing how the boy and the tiger grew together.

The movie kept the viewer in suspense throughout the entire program and not knowing how the movie ended beforehand was very surprised with the outcome.

The movie is a popular one and I got it for dirt cheap, but the disc quality was bad so had to exchange it once. But overall, its a great movie at great price.
