Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

I originally griped about the cost of this cover, but it seems to be keeping her phone intact and her screen unbroken.

I figured a life proof case would protect even him. This isn't the first life proof case I have purchased. I don't have complaints about the case itself prior to this one. The first time he took it to the pool he took a picture under water and as soon as he pulled it out he gave it back to me. Within a few minutes or so the home button wasn't working properly and the screen kept lighting up and Siri was asking what it could help me with. I took the case off and the phone had water on it and you could see the water behind the screen on the phone. I tried to let it dry out but no luck. The home button no longer functions on the iPhone. The iPhone was two weeks old, but it was a second replacement from the insurance company in the past year so they won't replace it again. I would recommend the life proof case to a friend with reservations.

Fingerprint scanner on 5S still works flawlessly. I get the case wet all the time and it doesn't even faze it. Worth the extra money over other cases.

Camo color fades

However I bought this to replace a camo lifeproof that was a year old and this one has faded to a pinkish white camo from sun exposure within three weeks of having it. Don't go with camo, it will fade quick!
