Sleek design and durability were the main selling points. The only thing that I advise is being careful of the charging port cover. Had to return due the cover got broken when the phone was dropped while charging.

Sound quality is not great but I mean it's what people want to have a phone go underwater. Sound sounds fuzzy when speaking to others but other then that it's perfect!

This is a great cover from the weather and elements.... I have not dropped my phone so I can't vouch for the ruggedness. ... I have found 1 problem... I can NOT turn off the power button. .. so I only use thus one when I know my phone will be around water.

I sound muffled to people on the other end of the phone, because the case covers everything; speakers, microphone , & all. Otherwise great product.

I like that the case gives good protection including from water, but at the same time when I use the telephone, other people say I sound muffled.

I like how this protects my phone. I only wish it was waterproof and I spend a lot of time hunting and standing in water this time of year.

This is my second case for the same phone. First one broke the charger door after warranty period. I would give it a 5 if voice were not so garbled when talking on it with the case on. I use a Bluetooth always with the case.

Helps protect my device better than most covers and I needed good cover that I knew would back up what it does

TOUGH!!! I spi,ll drop and I loose my phone constantly so the case is awesome because it protects the phone for me lol. I have dropped it in water, it has been trampled by my dog with sharp toenails... it has run the gauntlet and it's not the first lifeproof I've owned. I prefer it to the OtterBox because it's a lot slimmer and the samsung 4 phone is already big. So I would recommend this case over all the others and I have tried them all.

It protects well, but often times the camera isn't as clear and the call is muddled with the case on.

I had a Lifeproof case for my iPhone and loved it.. When I switched to a Samsung GS4 I bought another Lifeproof case and was not disappointed....just as I thought. I have dropped it, ran it over and continuously demo it for people that might be interested in the case but are not sure about the price. On that note, you get what you pay for. Whether I'm snowboarding, mountain biking or working on cars this case has survived everything I have thrown at it so far. I have had no problems with hearing people or people not hearing me during calls as some reviewers have reported. I would recommend this case to any active person without hesitation.

I am pleased with the ease of putting it on my phone and I feel comfortable knowing that my phone is safe from dust, dirt and moisture.

waterproof but does not work well if you have a glass cover on your phone. Rugged though.

I purchased this phone life proof phone case from Best Buy and they had the best price and the case is top of the line for an active person such as myself.

This may be waterproof, but that doesn't matter if the cover for the charging port is easily broken off after opening multiple times for charging. Also sound quality is very poor, so unless you are just using this expensive smartphone for texting, you are out of luck!!

This cover is exactly as advertised and has provided excellent and thorough protection against the elements and clumsy hands. The product has a good feel in your hand yet is lightweight and not bulky at all. Best buy stands behind all products that they sell. For this purchase they met the sale price of their competitor for me...proving once again why I am a loyal Best Buy customer.

Very happy with the Galaxy S4 Life Proof Case. A excellent quality product that has survived many falls and protects the phone very nicely.

This waterproof case for samsung galaxy s4 is good, but it's too pricy for me, so I return the phone case, it's really easy to return, thanks

Purchased on sale for 19.99. Great price point and excellent protection. Bought a second one a couple months later for my daughter.

Soon glad I made this purchase as I try to take care of my phone but do drop it occasionally. Thank goodness this case protects it !
