The case is sturdy, totally covered and well protected, screen responsive, good grip (not too slippery, not too sticky), but now some people have a hard time hearing me, even when I open the charging cord door (at the bottom of the case). I need to talk a little louder. It doesn't bother me enough to return it. It's a non issue if you I use blue tooth. Seems impossible to find the perfect case, but this one is close.

This case lives up to the description. It has survived drops, did great while skiing, and passed my waterproof testing. Love it!

Teen daughter is who uses this. So far has saved me at least 3 replacement phones so far. Recommend for anyone who has teen users

An awesome case, but pricey! Already been dropped several times and exposed to water and a toddler's sour cream encrusted hand. Phone remains safe and secure. Case did not however come through unscathed by a rock in the pocket on a jog. Scratched the screen protector up good! Really like the look and protection it offers all the same.

Got this case on sale and it's been pretty good holding up to the normal wear and tear. Definitely check it out if you are in the market for a replacement.

The case is very sturdy and waterproff. Exactly what i was looking for. Plus it was hard to find a s4 case.

I needed it so my phone could go under water and take pictures. I was able to do this and phone stayed dry

good phone cover, not a brick like the otter box. doesn't add much to the thickness or weight of phone. no way to carry it on your belt. reduces the volume of the speaker and the microphone so much you can't hear who you are talking to and they can't hear you. i removed all of the protection from the various holes so it works better even if it did destroy the waterproof part of the cover.

The case works great but there is no holster for it and the extra cords that I bought for my phone won't fit in the case. This is a little disappointing but the case has worked well for me and my 12 month old has yet to break the phone. Aside from the cords not fitting in the sound is noticeably worse in this case verses the otter which had pretty good sound while on a phone call.

Case has good design from use perspective in that it is easy to access ports and I like that the back of case is rubberized which helps keep the device from sliding around when set on console in my truck. However, sound quality experience has been very poor both for me clearly hearing caller and for person I am speaking to. People I talk to commonly tell me they hear their own voice echoed back to them. Researching this issue online, I find reports of the same from many. I contacted manufacturer and they are sending replacement, but I am not optimistic that new one will be any different.

The phone case does the job! Have dropped the phone in a rain puddle and the phone was protected.

love this case. nothing bad to say about it. has served its purpose. no shattered screen or scratches.

This case is awesome. It will stand water, dust , snow, drops you name it...... Almost everything.

This case protects the phone great. The bumpers on all four sides do the trip if you drop it.
