Great protection for my daughters phone. She dropped it in the water and it was safe

this is a great case , for i have a 6 moth old daughter . who despite my best efforts still manages to get her hands and mouth on my phone . but thanks to the case the phone remains unharmed... my only complaint is the case muffles the voice so a head set is a must

I am famous for dropping my phone in liquids. I knew I needed this kind of protection! It was a little pricey for a cheapskate like me but probably worth it in the end. I don't have to worry if babies put it in their mouths either. Peace of mind is invaluable.

Very protective case. Accidentally dropped it in water and it did not get wet. Only complaint would be when I receive calls, the other person says they hear themselves echo. I went and bought a bluetooth ear piece and everything is fine now.

We bought this for my phone for my trip to Key West. It worked great in the ocean waters. The problem was you couldn't hear me talk with it on, I could only use speaker phone. It was a pain to put on and off so it's only good for special occasions.

Bought it, installed it and it seemed to be OK. Then I read some other reviews on the Internet that weren't on the BestBuy site that said it leaked when tested. I bought it to be totally waterproof under adverse conditions, but not intending it for underwater use. I returned it and I'm still searching.

however it's too good. reception, sound (hearing), and speaking is muffled. Great to protect the phone, but what good is it when you can't use the phone?

This is the only phone case my kids and I could agree on for their phones. It promised the durability and water protection I wanted (after losing their previous phone to a beach photo session...) and the colors and transparent back they wanted (what's the point of getting a colored phone if you can't see the color through the case?). Unfortunately, the sound bounces around inside the case during calls, causing a terrible echo that makes phone conversations extremely frustrating. Oh well, texting is generally the preferred method of communication anyway, right?

Great case ... Very reliable I love the color pattern. Best buy has it for too much money though.

I got this cover for my kids and does protect their phone.

This is a wonderful case and it protects your phone beautifully. I did a "mud run" obstacle coarse 5k with my phone in this thing and I KNEW my phone was protected. The only drawback was the people I was calling couldn't hear me. I'm not really soft-spoken, but it was a little concerning. I have family members who have this case for other phones and don't have this problem. Maybe I got the weird one or maybe you just need to be a loud talker.

I thought this was a little exspensive but since I have to pay full price for my galaxy S4 it would be worth it.Not so much. It is definitely waterproof I tested it but people calling me said they couldn't hear me so what's the point if you can't hold a conversation. So I figured I will just use it when I go on vacation got a cheap cover for regular use.

This case is expensive, but it is well worth it. Even if you have a full warranty for your phone and you ruined it. You would have to send your phone into a service center and wait for at least three days before you can get a refurbished or repaired phone. Not only do you have the wait period, but you usually have to pay a flat fee to get the replacement. However, With this case you can have multiple phone destructive occurrences - dropping it in the toilet, jumping into a pool, taking a fall from a car, etc. - and not have to worry about paying a fee or being without a phone for any length of time. In short, I would highly recommend this case. Just make sure to inspect the case and water proof reset it before putting your phone inside of its protective shell.

I like the cover for the phone as it is very easy to use. it is great protection, the only problem is some of the universal plugs won't fit into phone with the cover on as it is rounded some of our adapters are square.

Great case for a cellphone and the screen protection.

Definitely saved the phone a few times from cracking!

love the case, don't like that the charger fits secure because of the case in the way

This case is super handy. I use it on the beach and boat while my hands are wet. I've dropped it and no problem. It's a great case. The reason I give it four stars is because it is difficult to use the car charger with the case on the phone.
