For example, when comparable to the Mophie power case within the same price range, the Mophie is more user friendly and provides a full charge for a phone. I did not have the same experience with the Lifeproof case and decided to return it.

You can not connect to iTunes unless you remove the phone from the case. It is really picky about cord length. You can not use longer cords. The 12 inch cord is about the only one that works reliably. I would not recommend this product unless to do a lot of traveling.

We’re sorry that this FRE Power is making it difficult for people to hear you. This is not normal and you shouldn’t have to put it on speakerphone or open the charge port door to talk on your iPhone. We will be glad to help out in any way that we can!
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the microphone membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
