My husband works in the construction industry and this is the only water resistant case that has really worked for him. It's protects the phone from damage when he drops it in slurry and puddles. The downside is that the screen protector doesn't really protect it like the glass screens do but if you use the glass screen with this case, it's too much coverage and the phone doesn't respond to touch well at all. Also, because the phone is encased, it's really difficult for people to hear him clearly - he comes across muffled.

I’m a huge LifeProof fan. My kid can still destroy them in a week but it’s much better that he destroys the $80 phone case than the $1000 phone… even though he doesn’t mean to do either.

I know it’s expensive but so is your phone!!! I wanted the best protection possible for my investment and I believe I have found it with this case. I love that it’s waterproof! I only gave 4 stars because this is my 2nd case. The mute tab wore out sooner than I had hoped it would. It still functioned but it was no longer waterproof after that.

I have wanted to get this waterproof case for a while...and it is everything plus more than I expected it to be. It is so convenient while I’m working and need my phone during rainy days, my phone stays protected and I have no worries. I will continue to use this product no matter what phone I choose next.

Bought this at Best Buya while ago. It’s still holding up very well strong very dependable. I would highly recommend this to anyone that owns an iPhone. Good added protectionAt a reasonable price.Best Buy is always a great place to get whatever you need.

I LOVE this case.. and the only reason I purchased a new one is because I needed it faster than what the company could ship to me. These last about a year and they do their job really well. The saving grace is the company replaces them when they break for $4.99 shipping which is good because it WILL break, anywhere between 9 months to 18 months so don't be surprised when it does.

Life Proof really is the best case out there to protect your expensive cell phone. My husband is a forest ranger and is really rough on his phone case. We ordered another life proof for his new phone and it’s awesome! Always have had great service from life proof.

LifeProof cases are some of the thinnest around. This does an exceptional job of keeping my phone protected from water and dust. It just survived a 3 ft drop onto pavement without a scratch. Makes it so I am not worried about my phone, regardless of where I need to use it. Doesn't impact sound quality as far as I could tell. Totally worth the money.

This review is posted 5/22/18. I bought this case 4/7/18 to replace my otter box defender, come to find out the person on the other end of the line can’t hear me on speaker phone, and my voice is muffled off speaker. Did some research online and found multiple complaints, phone carriers blaming cases, cases blaming carriers. The “solution” was to open the lightning charge port to “uncover” the microphone. I’ve tried opening the lightning port, didn’t help at all, I have to practically yell in the phone for the other person to hear me. Save your money, life proof isn’t what they used to be. The cases for the iPhone 6 didn’t have this problem at all. I’m 28, everyone from my wife, to parents, to customer service reps with companies I order from, to my coworkers all have the same complaint when I call. None of these problems happened with the otter box, I will be switching back, and hopefully trying to return this case for a refund.

Bought this phone case for my father. He’s always breaking cheap smart phones. He recently bought an iPhone so I bought him a lifeproof case. He’s dropped his phone a few times and thankfully because of the case his phone is still in perfect condition

Certainly protects the Apple SE(2nd generation). It is waterproof and shockproof. The shield for the screen sometimes makes it hard for the touch screen function to work properly...buttons have to be pressed multiple times for the phone to register the touch selection.

Great case! The best I have ever had. A bit hard to open (you will need a coin) and a bit pricey, but still worth it!!!

I’ve Lifeproof cases for all my family iPhones. Lifeproof case is so durable! My kid lost the phone in go-kart racing and the phone was found in bad shape few days later. Once we peeled off the damaged case, the phone was in miraculously condition...not even a scratch. Highly recommended!

protective and thin easy to open and clean under phone is waterproof so only need case to be able to stand being droppped tech at best buy very helpful in selection this case he also demonstrated how to install phone in case i would highly recommend for a person looking for a case that is light and thin

This is my second Life proof case for my iPhone 8, I wore out the volume tags on the side on the first one but I’ve had years of good use from this case, it does what it purports to do which is to protect the phone.

Do not buy a phone with out a LifeProof case! Very light and not bulky at all. Drop mine all the time with no screen or phone damage. Been using these since our iPhone 6's!

I had this case for six years for my iPhone 6 it broke several times due to my dropping it and Lifeproof gave me another case for just the cost of the shipping. I find them to be a great company. Unfortunately iPhone did not give good information to Lifeproof I have now purchased an SE 2020 edition which supposedly fits in the 7/8 Lifeproof case. It does not fit properly. If the buttons on the left line up, the button on the right does not so you have to resort to another way to get your screenshots. iPhone really needs to get their crap together or I’m going elsewhere next time—Maybe I’m ready for an android

I love the cases because they are slim yet keep my phone protected, even from drops.

this is an awesome case . . . protecting my phone is alwasy important especially since I think insurance it s waste of money!! this with Zagg if you are concerned about your screen but wnat a slim look!!

I’ve used lifeproof since the iPhone 4s. Once your phone is in the case you don’t have to worry about it at all. My mother in law washed her phone in the washer with lifeproof and her phone was fine. Some guy stepped on my phone and the case protected it. It’s not the slimmest case but great protection
