I did a good bit of research on this case. Saw it had both good and bad, and apeard it was all with the luck of the draw. Well turns out my phone is a dud. EVERYONE I talk too say they cant hear me. I sound muffled and I asochave trouble hearing people when they talk... Yea that a big downfall since this is my only phone in the house

love this case. I have had it for a few months now.

I took my phone (in this case) into the shower with me to listen to music. The protection from water is great. However, every time I talk on it, people tell me they can't hear me very well (and volume is all the way up) and it seems like it's because the case covers the mic area. Also, the music played out of the phone speakers (not earphones) seems to get "trapped" in the back of the case and is not very loud.

Silent mode button gets stuck, doesn't work! It is a nice looking case though!!!

Looks and feels pretty solid, I have dropped my phone twice and not even a scratch. Overall, pretty good product.

I've owned the original LifeProof case, which I thought was great, but I'm really liking the nüüd version. The screen cover on the original was protective, but showed every fingerprint and smudge. Being able to use the screen of the iPhone itself is much nicer and the phone is still very well protected. I've dropped my phone in the parking lot on several occasions, and the nüüd case has held up well. If I had one gripe, it would be that there is a bit of a drop from the edge of the case to the screen. It's sometimes a little challenging to hit the "return to mail" link at the very top of the screen. You can do it, but you've got to be precise.

The case was "cool" its waterproof and such but i bought it for the plastic backing as i dislike all the new cases with rubber all over it so its impossible to slid in and out of your pocket. Why i returned this case. The speakerphone option is useless, something about having this case on made it impossible for anyone to hear me via speakerphone. And yes i have opened and moved my phone around many times to make sure it was seated properly. #2 People have the hardest time hearing me for whatever reason and not only gets them frustrated but gets me frustrated. I tried to live with it for 1 month and it just drove me insane. Coolest part of the case was being able to "wash" my phone when dust gets all over it. Other then that complete rubbish. Sorry i gave it a chance and all the negatives definitely outweigh the positives.
