I will never buy another one

If snow gets on the product we recommend cleaning it off before moving into a warmer environment, as it may melt and seep through the LifeProof. We're unable to extend our product warranty to the iPhone, but if you give us a call at 1-888-533-0735, we'd be more than happy to look into some case replacement options. I have had life proof products before, this is the first time I’ve been so disappointed. For 80 bucks, I expected better. Drop protection is great though. But having to keep the rubber on by constantly crazy gluing it...unacceptable.

Thanks for nothing LifeProof. You wasted my $80. I may as well have gone without a case. Buy an Otterbox instead.

Truly every effort is put forth in our testing and engineering processes to ensure that the NËXT meets our high standards of protection, but unfortunately, every drop or fall is subject to a number of dynamics and angles, some of which are simply beyond our control. In the end, we simply cannot guarantee that absolutely all exposure to risk is eliminated through the use of our products.
While our warranty does not extend to the Apple device itself, we would still very much like to set you up with a brand-new LifeProof in the event that your current one was also somehow compromised during the incident. Decent protection, crappy build.

If you want a case that looks like crap after a month than chose this one.
