I don't have to worry about my phone with this product. I love the open access to the screen in this model. The only negative is that it is difficult to swipe up from the bottom. The newer models fixed this, I ordered this case thinking it was the newer style. Unfortunately it's not. Other areas of the case are great. Tough, keeps water out, and thin....

I'm not particularly rough on my technology, but this case seems to have a weak point at the charging port. Each of my 4 cases have broken in the same place. Other than that, excellent case.
