Overall awesome case, but microphone seems bad

Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the microphone membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

BUT the company (not Best Buy) sent me a new one to replace it. So, the company does stand behind its products! And the rep was super nice about it. And I would recommend it b/c my other iphone got zapped with just a bit of blowing rain and there went all my cross country photos!
