My phone has had unfortunate drops and thank God it's always protected it. Lifeproof has such great warranty and customer support that if the case breaks or stops working they'll send you another one just with paying shipping.

Unlike the two other phones I had that broke on what I would call light drops, this on survived a really bad drop. Use a coin to take the case off because it aint coming off easy.

I missed my purse with the phone one day and it hit the ground and the phone cracked. I am not a tall person so the purse was not super high from the floor. I guess it hit just right that the case offered no protection and I am unable to get the case off myself. The $75 case is going to cost another $200 for a replacement phone (thank goodness for the insurance even if it does take 4 weeks to repair/replace) I used Otterbox on all my other phones and have dropped and sat on phones in them with no damage. This is the first phone I've had that has suffered even a scratch.

These look similar. I haven't tried using these on my phone but the price was so good I bought a couple to have as spares.

High cost for what you get

Since they haven't made any yet for my new Samsung, i bought this one. For just being a sturdy case, it doesn't offer much else for the high cost. You can buy similar type cases for 50-75% cheaper. Best to shop for a different case unless you have some diehard allegiance to expensive LifeProof cases.
