Purchased and phone broke 6 inches from table when it was dropped. Case cracked. If you want something that isn't 100 and worthless do your homework.

It better be a tough case because with how slick the ba k of the phone is it falls out of shorts and pants pockets. Or if you set it on the seat of your car the phone goes flying with any stop or turn. On the plus side I did find a pen I thought I lost while looking under the seat for my phone.

Thought this was going to be a good case since the one I had for my S8 was same company. This case doesnt have a front like the last one i had. Also the back of this case does not protect the camera lenses. The case is flush with lense. I took it back for a refund

With the phone in the first piece of the case the buttons on the side work good but when you put the outer ring on the buttons work for one press and then do not work again after the first press. Will be taking back to store I bought it from.

The buttons are too soft and flexible not allowing for a secure contact with phones volume up or down button which has been a big let down for 70 bucks!

The case is so wide that it makes the phone so hard to hold.

It's a very solid option for a case, if you're looking for extra protection. I do recommend a protective case because of the phone's large, exposed screen with curved edges, coupled with the device's high price. The case provides stellar drop protection, as your phone is sealed inbetween the case's two piece design. I do prefer Lifeproof's design over other rugged cases, as a Lifeproof case seals your phone's speakers and ports from not only the elements, but hardwares #1 enemy, dust. Moreover, the design allows for the S20 Ultra's beautiful screen to show in all its glory. In my opinion, the Otterbox Defender Pro's front piece covered the screen's curved edges, effectively eliminating them. I did not give 5 stars, as I do not believe the case will truly protect the camera module. Unlike the Otterbox Defender cases, the Lifeproof case allows the camera module to be flush with the surface when the phone is laid flat. The Defender's thickness gives space between the module and surface, providing additional protection to the glass camera module. Yes, this would have made the case thicker, and the likelihood of the phone being dropped in such a way that would crack the camera module is very low, but adding some additional protection would have been preferred. As for the people who are having trouble with the power button after installing the case; put your phone in the bottom piece by angling the right side of phone, so that the buttons are the first part that goes into the case. When the buttons go in first, it sets the phone's position in the case to allow proper engagement with the buttons. My first attempt installing caused my phone's power to be held down indefinitely, until I removed it from the case. I assume it's done like this because the case needs to fight tightly. After installing it through the aforementioned method, my buttons click with audible and tactile feedback. I do prefer this over the Defender and other rugged cases because it doesn't intrude on the screen, and it seals speakers and ports. Lifeproof is a trusted brand bought by the world's richest phone manufacturer, Otterbox; this is why I also prefer this case over other similar cases that protect and seal your phone. The other brands found online are brands I have never heard of, and quite frankly, I would rather pay extra to guarantee my phone is properly protected, and not just held in a case that claims it will do the same. There's a reason why Lifeproof has become a household name for cases; they work and are quality. I would just put on a good screen protector, one that is actually a 9 on the Moh's Hardness Scale. It will cost extra, but those $10 "tempered glass" protectors are significantly weaker than the S20 Ultra's screen and will not provide extra protection. I recommend this case to anyone looking for comprehensive protection in a case by sealing your phone away from the elements and dust, but doesn't want the bulky design of traditional rugged case that takes away from the screen.

My only complaint with my lifeproof case is I cannot utilize volume up or down buttons with case on. Therefore I have to remove case to adjust volume or screenshot. The case is difficult to remove also which is frustrating. I've had my case for a couple of months now & I am parting ways with it for this reason. Very disappointed being the case was pretty costly. I have tried "stretching" thd phone case several times but no luck.

It was an urgent purchase for a new phone that my husband got for my Christmas present. I didn't like the otter box, it was too bulky and sad that there's not a lot of options for the Galaxy S20 ultra. The side buttons are hard to push.

This case is a piece of shet! Extremely overpriced for such a shoddy phone case!
