It does what it claims to do. Covers the screen and works as a stand. A bit expensive for what you get.

The cover isn't really needed with the durability of the case but I love the magnetic closure that automatically locks or unlocks the phone for immediate use (or pulls up your lock screen without having to hit the power button). I also love the ability to use it as a kickstand. Overall great product, but again not necessarily needed unless you just want the added perks.

Initially it was frustrating to put this in. It was difficult to open and difficult to get the iPad in. However the work was worth it. The case is great. Fits perfectly. Also protects well as we dropped it day two and it survived like a champ. Make sure you clean the iPad and your fingers when you install. You won't want to open it later to clean a smudge or fingerprint.

Great addition to the LifeProof Frē case. Don't think it can be used without case so don't buy unless you have or plan to get it. Adds extra protection and has magnet to awake and put device to sleep. Also performs as stand.

It's a great light cover for your mini. Easy to use as a table top holder for hands free viewing. Does a great job protecting your screen from scratches and such.

A little disappointed that the Lifeproof case doesn't use the smart cover. This cover for the money doesn't work the way it was advertised. The magnet doesn't keep the cover closed. It constantly opens and because it's suppose to work like the smart cover the IPad constantly turns on and off. Siri is very confused by the constant on and off. I would have taken it back, but could not find my receipt.

Attaches easily. Comfortable to use. Great protection.

I recommend this for any apple product. It provides superior protection. I also like the non slip feel that it provides.

With this cover I can now prop my ipad up to watch movies. It also keeps the screen protected when not in use

I got this in addition to a life proof case for my iPad mini. I like how it protects the screen when it's in my backpack.

The Lifeproof case and cover protect the IPad mini against scratches and breakage.

The Smart Cover is decent for what it is, works good as a stand. But it does not cover the screen correctly or as pictured when using a lifeproof Fre case.

I use this along with my Ipad Mini for work, which sometime can be a dirtier than normal environment. I've noticed the best way to clean it was to use a sponge with dish washing detergent to get most of the grime off then usually follow-up with a damp q-tip and toothpick to get all the junk out of the nooks and crannies. Overall it does protect (wet and dry) as described. I've even used it to keep my head dry in a down-pour when I didn't have my umbrella.

Good accessory to the life proof case. Wish the cover would fold better to be a stand.

The cover is easy to install, but it is about an 1/8th inch too small and doesn't close securely. Also it doesn't protect the home button very well and if it is carried in a bag, Siri keeps mouthing off.

Just what I wanted and it works great. This item has as been all the added protection I needed.

ipad does not turn off when you close the cover......

I got the life proof and my little ones have not been able to destroy the iPad yet!!
