However I decided that I would try it for myself before I judged the case since I could always return it if I found it was too annoying for me because I cannot stand a case that makes the buttons hard to push! I’m glad I decided to try it first because yes the volume buttons are a little stiff but the lock button is definitely okay! And as much as I push the buttons I am certain that they will loosen very soon! Trust me it isn’t as bad as everyone makes it seem! I also love this phone because I love the way the clear back looks with my gray phone and I love that it is slim like the FRE case but does not have the screen over the front like the NUUD!

If you try to put the phone in without separating the pieces, you'll likely damage the case. If you separate the two parts, installation is simple. The case fits snug, Qi charging on the Mophie works great, and the color schemes are catchy. Excellent case; you just have to make sure you know how to put the phone into it.

The buttons are very hard to press, the plastic is a turn off instead of the usual rubber parts. My runner on the front has already started to tear from the screw side to the plastic siding. Also the plast cracks as you attempt to close the casing upon 1st attempting to put on Case For the amount I paid I shouldn’t have any defects or issues. Lifeproof quality does not seem to be what it initially was when they first came out.

Hard to use

It is very very irritating to try and press the lock button & volume buttons. It’s almost a task to press the buttons and forget about trying to screenshot something. It is 100% a finger print magnet and does show scratches after a couple hours of use. Does add a little bulk but not much. May end up returning it.

Okay case

It gets super dirty on the back between case & phone. Also isn’t that protective either in my opinion.

The replacement case the shipped me was also USED and now the WRONG Color! I don’t know what’s going on with Best Buy? Customer Service is the worst I’ve ever experienced telling me the can’t replace the case for me even know they have now twice sent what I didn’t order? Good luck Best Buy I’ll NEVER shop with you again!

I will not rely on lifeproof again!
