    I'm quite satisfied with this Infrared heater, it's light, and helps to maintain a comfortable room temperature along with adding a touch of decor. My only drawback, the fan should run a little quieter but besides that, I'm a happy camper.

    Its 1 sided, the front. There are no side windows. There is also no remote, despite it being on the box, part list, etc. The fire effect itself looks awful. Its a downright scam, and false advertising at the least.
