I couldn't find much for reviews but ended up buying 2 of these when they were on a daily deal. I haven't noticed any change to my sleep habits but I don't mind the light since LEDs usually give off an obnoxious, cold light. and these give off a warm glow. They also work in my dimmable lamps. Based on the claims, I won't be able to speak to the longevity until like 2075 but I think this lightbulbs are alright.

Was a little skeptical when I first bought the light but plugged it into my bedroom. Used the lights for 20-30 min before bed and was able to fall right asleep. A++
