I thought the scares in this films were very good. The story was a little weak but still strong. If you like horror pick this up

The opening scene of this movie was so scary! It's based off of a short story, so the 80 minute run time works for this film. Any more would have felt like too much. Great for a dark and stormy night!

I saw this movie twice in theatre, could not wait until the dvd released. If you enjoy scary movies, I would highly recommend seeing this movie. It reminds me of older scary movies that make you jump.

This is a pretty good horror movie. If you enjoy horror movies, then I would recommend this one. I try to see all of them I can.

I actually enjoyed watching this movie with friends. It was decently scary and had a good storyline. The ending could have been better, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this movie.

Based on the previews, I really wanted to see this movie. It was an average scary movie. It was about this apparition (Diana) who was tied to the lead character's mother. Whenever the lights were out, Diana could appear and do deathly things to a person. This movie reminded me a little of The Rings, but nowhere near as creative or scary. Again, for a true horror fan like myself, this was a decent scary movie.

I actually brought this movie thinking it was a different movie, but I'm glad I made that mistake because it was pretty good.

As an avid movie goer, this movie had plenty of scares and surprises. I think my wife almost crushed my hand on some scenes lol

I seen the the first lights out on a youtube short film and that was pretty creepy so once I heard there was a full length version of it i had to see and it is just a creepy as the short film

This movie was created off of a short and can hold up well for something that started as a couole minutes long.

This was a good movie! I like how it moved along and even though the storyline wasn't very complicated it was still done well.

This is based off of a short film that was actually really creepy and this movie was actually creepy as well.

My husband loves scary movies and this was the first movie in a long time to give him a scare. Not the typical cheesy film.

But was not long enough. I was hoping to be scared for a little longer. I hope they make another movie. This was worth it.

If you're looking for a thrilling treat, look no further than Lights Out, that will have one scared to turn off the lights.

One of the few decent PG-13 horror movies from the last few years. Starts slow but builds nicely to a satisfying conclusion

I was shocked how much I loved this movie. Fair story, but some great pop out scares. The extra ending really is the true ending. If you didn't see this at home, you didnt see this movie.
