We took the advice of our Best Buy associate when choosing this router. It was super easy to set up and is working perfectly in our home office. It was also very easy to set up a password so that only our household members would be allowed access.

With 3 cell phones, 2 iPads, 3 computers and a PS3 streaming content, our CenturyLink 20Gbps wasn't able to handle all the traffic. This unit splits up the devices and seems to take care of our problem. It was very easy to set up and I am only of medium experience with these technologies.

I bought this router recently when on sale at Best Buy and for the money it is a great router! Gigabit ports, dual band, and external antenna are features I want and this one delivers. Management via IOS or Android app is pretty good too!

I have needed a new router for a long time. I'm not the most savy computer person but I do ok. So far this new one has been great. When I pull in my driveway my phone guickly picks the Wi-Fi automatically. It's been amazing. So much Bette 23rd than my old one. Totally happy.

This was simple to setup, simple to maintain, Easy to change settings if desired. Can add storage to the router that you decide who sees. Everything we own from Android, PC's, Mac Books, I-phone, tablets, all of it connects easily and flawlessly. We no longer drop wifi anywhere in out home. Wish I could have bought it sooner.

We bought this to replace the "free" wireless router that Cablevision supplied. The problem with their router is that it also acts to expand their wifi reach.... this they do not tell you when they give it to you! Along with that, it slows down your own network. In addition it does not work with other wifi accessories. So we got this Linksys. It was totally difficult to set up (in spite of the box telling you it is simple), and we had to get on the phone with technical support where they talked us through a "work around" to get the system up and running. So if you buy this and you find yourself caught in a Linksys website loop, just immediately call support to continue the set up. Other than that, it is certainly faster than the Cable wireless router.... at least so far!

This router is stylish and functional. Great range and I am now able to connect 7 items by WiFi and 4 hard wire without any slowdown.

There are other less expensive, effective routers, but our Linksys lives up to all of the positive reviews - from ease of installation, effective range, and allowing access (password protected) to multiple visitors to our house through the guest connection. Especially valuable to us, its range extends throughout the 3 floors of our home - even to the basement. We have need of platforms on all three of these levels. I also was very pleased with the ease of installation: there were literally no glitches. A quick call to the Geek Squad answered some basic questions - and then the installation was flawless. Highly recommended.

I researched several sites before purchasing this router. My family is very pleased with the added speed for streaming videos and playing online games. I am also able to do my work online while they play. Hooray for me and thanks to Best Buy for the great price!

Great recommendation by staff -- Best Buy.. may need to upgrade to a higher max device count later -- but for price and quality -- this one was perfect for current needs. Fairly easy to set up network, plug and play, etc.

I needed to update my wireless router to the modern age. this is a great router for the price plus it was on sale. So far it works great i enjoy the dual band feature. we have a bunch of wifi gadgets. I find the app that manages the router very useful as well.

So far the Linksys 802.11ac dual-band router works well. I like that I can use the iphone app to prioritize which of my devices get the most band width. Can also put restraints on the kids devices.

This router is super, but way more router than I needed. I trusted the salesman to help me as I am not very tech savvy. I probably needed a $25 one and got this one instead. It works fine just too much for my needs.

I decided to upgrade from my outdated linksys router to this one. I thought it was a good choice because I trusted the brand, it was dual band and I could control the settings through my phone. Its also easy to see who's online while I'm not at home. It is much bigger than my old router, but the design looks bad a$& so I don't mind at all. The only problem I'm having after a month's use are the antennas. They don't seem to tighten enough. There are times when I find the side antennas loosen and plop over because of the angle they're in. I would have to tighten it every now and then, but I've gotten so tired of it that they're currently pointed upward instead of out. It seems to stay tight and in place that way. Other than that the router works great!

This router was easy to set up. Works very well. Speeds are accurate. Sometimes I experienced a weak signal from behind walls and or with multiple devices (4 or more).

I needed a router for my home and home office. Many cannot project enough signal for good connectivity. This router has the power to extend a big wifi bubble around my 4,000 sq ft home. The features of guest wifi and timers are awesome. Highly recommended.

This Linksys router is dong exactly what is stated in reviews and product info. It was an easy set-up, prompted by install directions. Good price for a dual band router. Also purchased added protection plan, so if something did happen, just replace it.

It is fast and has great distance in all parts of our house. Even has a guest log in if you need. We have so many things connected at once and never slows down.

I bought this to replace my 5-month Netgear R7000 that died. This one seems to hold up better than the R7000 supporting three PCs, two iPhones, two Bluray players, an iPad, a Kindle, a Directv DVR, and an XBox 360.

Within in minutes I had the device up and running. Very pleased with the performance. About nine months ago went for a lower price device and the old saying " you get what your paying" This wireless device works in all parts of my home whether data or streaming a movie. Very satisfied. When I went to register I had a problem with the images to make sure it was not a computer. It took about 12 times and a call to tech services. Now I am not an expert by any means but that was silly. The tech I spoke with agreed.
