Dual bandwidth with STRONG signal strength throughout all three levels of our house. With this purchase, I took advantage of a coupon offer and had an agent from the GEEK SQUAD come in to do the installation and setup. Highmarks to Linksys and Geek squad! I look forward to using the router to full capacity with the USB ports available for storage. Nice feature.

This is probably more router than I need but the old one was starting to drop out once in a while. I don't have an AC devices so I can't comment on that. The router installed without too much trouble and I did not have to change anything in the rest of the network. Signal strength definitely improved throughout the house. Instructions are a bit lacking and the interface in a bit too 'nice'. I'm not sure what they were going for but something more utilitarian would have been better. There was nothing wrong with the style of the old Linksys routers. I've installed a 1 TB disk on the USB 3.0 port and it works but I have not used it yet. Just plugging in the drive didn't seem to work. I had to restart the router to get it to recognize the drive. None-the-less performance has improved and dropouts have stopped so I see it as a good purchase.

I was having a lot of technical difficulty with my PC at home and tried troubleshooting for two weeks, thinking that my network adapter was going bad. At the advice of a friend, I upgraded my Linksys router and immediately noticed an improvement, not only in speed, but stability. It has only been a month, so I am still monitoring, but, like all tech, one needs to keep up scaling, be it at the office or in the home.

Bought the new AC Smart Wi-Fi Dual Band Router because we needed a stronger signal through out the house. The house is a long Ranch House. It is a great Router...though we had to purchase an Extender as well-because this Router could not reach the other end of the house..with the new Extender-everything is perfect now. I had to make a couple calls to Linksys Customer Service and they are good to work with.

Purchased to replace an old D-Link 615. Wanted the dual band, AC and faster transmission speed. Works great and very easy to set up. I like that I can also have a guest account for family that come over. The D-Link was dual band but only run one or the other, not both at the same time. Works great with my Iphone 6, the D-Link had issues with connecting with the Iphone 6. Very Happy with it so far.

Good router easy to install and connect to Wifi, reach all rooms in 3 story house.

I purchased this router because I was using an older model router. I was hoping to increase my WiFi strength and speed. This router was easy to install and included a range extender which helped with the signal strength in my 4500 sq ft home but I still don't see the WiFi speed increase that I hoped would happen with this new router.

Very good equipment, easy to install and good performance

I alway changed the router in the pass few years, it was because they worked no good. Sometime they lost the signal but can't connect back, I need to unplug everything and waste the time for waiting the signal come back. I searched online, I found out the review for this router is very good, so I decided to buy this router. The signal is very strong and it worked so far so good!!
