I get a fraction of the advertised speed (around 30-45 mbps as opposed to the 1000 it advertises). It disconnects all of the time and the connection is never consistent. Avoid this if you can, maybe I just got unlucky.

Doesnt Stay Connected

Worked great but only when it worked

Have you tried the adapter with another compatible computer to isolate? Give it a shot if you haven’t yet, then try also to reboot the computer. Avoid this piece of junk and its AC 1200 brother. you might as well just throw our money directly into the trash can along with this junk.

The distance of the adapter from the router is possibly affecting the speed. Two of the isolation steps you can try is to change the wireless channel of the router and relocate the computer if possible. Not a good option

Device wouldn't hold signal to my WiFi at all - kept switching back and forth from my 2G network to my 5G network, then would randomly drop in the middle of connection. Returned.

No Windows 10 support and extremely slow speeds!

It has no Windows 10 support and was maxing out at around 23 mbps download when my router puts out 150-175 mpbs. I returned it and tried another brand and am now getting 150-175 mbps consistently. This is a horrible product!

As it was I had to download a file from the internet to use your product. To access the internet required a 50’ cable to reach the router so I had to hire a contractor. .
