Easy to install and configure for both standard and 5g networks. Significant boost in network signal strength throughout the house. Highly recommend this product.

Simple to set up and extended Wi-Fi coverage throughout the home. All dead spots are taken care of. Plugs right into the wall and does not create clutter.

This hard working POWERHORSE has NOT had one issue since the day I plugged it in. There's virtually no setup requirements. Literally! I have a 3,850 square foot home with a Netgear AC1990 Nighthawke (modem/wifi combo). It's located on the second floor in the very back corner of our office. There were a couple dead spots downstairs and so I thought a "Netgear" extender would fix it. Nope. Their devices aren't compatible obviously. LINKSYS RULES! Safe yourself the hassle and buy this extender. Trust me, you'll thank me and will have a non-maintenance device. Set it and forget it!

this device was recommended to me as a solid choice to extend the wireless in my house. yes it did extend the coverage, however it was insufficient for my needs this is not because it's a bad product but because of its design limitation ... it really only delivers half the bandwidth from the router and my devices were another 20-30 feet away. the increase in signal strength to the devices was still insufficient to keep them healthy i bought 2 velops from the same company and got the coverage and particularly the speeds i was looking for i am going to return this one, it works just not well enough to satisfy my needs i can only recommend this if you have a small space, it will not sufficiently cover a multi-level home

it does what it says it would. Not a bad buy. It helped with the weak areas drop out in my home.

We had a dead spot for wi-fi in our basement so couldn't access amazon or netflix on our tv. Plugged this in, easy to set up worked like a charm. I plugged it in a basement outlet and we now get great connection. Had difficulty setting up the 5ghz though.

I purchased this because I am a traveling nurse. I was hoping it would boost the campground Wi-Fi signal. It does periodically but not all the time. Unreliable for me maybe better with your own router.

Great product. I used this to boost the WiFi in a retail setting. Very easy to set up. It has been reliable. Signal is strong. I got what I needed.

The setup is very easy, I had to use the on line setup which is more complicated but still very easy. It works ok, I use it for my phone since I dont get great cell coverage. Connection seems to jump in and out

This WiFi range extender was not what I was hoping for. I had issues getting it connected to my internet & was never able to get it to provide 5.0GHz connection. I was not impressed with the performance as far as extending my internet connection.

I am very pleased with the job it does with my wifi. It does what it said it would do

We purchased a smart tv and wanted it installed in our basement, which receives little to no internet connection. The sales rep. suggested we purchase this prior to having the tv installed and said it was easy to activate. It was very easy to activate and our tv works great with this in place. It has also been helpful for using our cell phones and lap tops which we were not able to use in our basement prior to installing this. We like that it has the plug too so we can still have the use of both plugs.

This is a little over a month old. It works well, easy to set up. Occasionally it will slow down to a snails pace. We have a 60mps service and this handles it very well. Once in a while though it goes on vacation for a few hours and then pops back on.

Great product! My son's room had a terrible dead spot for internet connectivity with our new Google Fiber service. This fixed his room and is downloading at a respectable 170 mb per second. Easy set up and creates 2.4 and 5 ghz bands. Had to play around with the location of this device to find the sweet spot in the house to maximize his connectivity. I simply plugged it in to different outlets in the house and then ran speed tests on his computer in his room. Once I found the best outlet location I left it there. Well done.
