It's perfect for the space in my home, and extends out to my detached garage as well. I was looking for an extender that would allow me to steam movies and music from anywhere in my house or garage. My wife and I fight a lot and sometimes I just want to go and hide and not get yelled at. Before I bought this I would have to sit in the dark a lot since I couldn't pick up my wifi signal, but now I can have some entertainment while I am trying to get away from all of the nagging. If we get a divorce, I am going to hide this extender in my belongings before it has a chance to get poached in the settlement.

Their house is larger and the router is in their office on the far side of the house. We were not able to sustain a Wi-Fi signal sitting in the den until now. I liked the plug and play nature if this and the fact that it doesn't remove an available outlet.

Doesn't like "seeing through walls" but I suspect that most everyone's unit in this price range does the exact same thing.
