    The Wi-Fi Extender is utilized to give a better quality connection to a modem/network switch combination. The Extender works great for this. The modem is in a 2nd floor home office. The Extender enables two smart tv sets and two Amazon Fire TV devices to have very good signals and connections to online streaming of videos and music. The videos work great now, with no interruptions in the signals.

    The product stops working every few months. When I call customer service they do some troubleshooting and say that firmware needs to be updated. Since the extender is no longer online they need to replace it. Very cumbersome process to get a replacement and that also ends after a year. Also, the Wi-Fi strength from the extender is neither stable nor strong.
