Our old extender went out, and we had no idea what to get. He pointed one out right away--didn't try to up sell us--and even took in our old extender and recycled it right on the spot. Will definitely be back for more great service--and the extender was easy to set up and use.

Please try relocating either your Roku Player or Sling Box closer to your main Wi-Fi router and check if they can connect wirelessly without any issues. You can reset and configure the range extender again to try and fix this behavior. Also, make sure that the firmware is up to date. If this behavior persists, we'll have our Second Level technicians assist you further.
